the company states the name as TITAN...Mr morley i think left message no answer as of yet

THIS number is calling my house left nasty message with anyone that pick up the phone.said i write bad check.

They called me about contacting a plaintiff in Texas, i live in Oregon and do not know who the plaintiff is. They called with an unknown number and left a message.

These people have called my place of work, my Grandfather and my mother's house!!  How they got those numbers I have no idea, but they told my 88 year old Granfather that if they didn't get in touch with me to serve me my court summons, that a warrant would be issued!!  How bogus is that? They claim to be a mediator between Ace Cash Express and a process server company about a payday loan.

Called here, cam ein UNKNOWN.  The man said he called from an untraceable line.  He had a summons to serve, but federal law will not let him tell me what it is.
He said that the summons will not be served if I contact the number.

A judge issues all summons, not a bill collector.

Called, indentified self by name, but not company, and said conducting investigation on someone named G.O. and left case # and asked to call if new G.O. or had info on him.  Never heard of either.  Not sure if scam but not calling back.  Lots of calls for others on my cell.

This was the second in a series of calls about a person K.B. This one from Dean Garrett
A case number was left and he addressed me as Mr. Hall, this is not my name and I have never heard of the subject K.B.  Individual said they are Titan and not a pay-day-loan collection service, which is what I think they are.
Previous call from Allstate Collections 1-866-298-7178  a Charlotte Hayes said the same thing and were looking for the same K.B.  Also left a case number and addressed me as Mr.Hall.

To me it seems they take unverified names and telephone numbers when they give money and when they do not get their money they call the unverified names and numbers and hound them.

I think they are a Pay-Day loan collection agency or something along that line.
They also deny that they are doing that which sounds illegal or at the least unethical to me.

these people are harassing one with such impunity and open threat.THIS IS PRIMITIVE AND UNACCEPTABLE.

We called the 877-308-9574 number and the guy's name is Patrick and he will ask you for the last four digits of your social. He will get loud and rude. Which is up my ally so I told him to stop he got louder and so did I I warned him that you need to stop it or I will stop you. So be aware of this number report it ASAP. The reason was about a made up lawsuit.

Just got a call from Unknown number, he left a message stating he wanted to serve me some legal paperwork and said his name was Michael Jacobsen and left this number 877-308-9574> Sounds like a scam to me...it is my understanding even if you do owe for an outstanding pay day loan, they cannot press criminal charges against you.

These ppl called my work saying they need to serve a summons....do they ever show up and what's it for?? She didn't leave the company name just said hour name was tracy smith and just told all this to the person who answered the phone is that legal?

Just got a call from Michael Jenkins, saying they will Summon me to court.. yeah okay.  I understand if its from a payday loan company but you can report them to the district attorney office for using such tatics to collect debt.  start asking them for their name, number, employee badge and they will back off.

I took out a payday loan because I am a complete loser and I refused to pay it back because i should get free money like the ssi and disability us scumbags collect. When I took out my loan in 2008 for 600 dollars i figured i was entitled to it and when i got a call from this firm they threatened to take me to court. I decided to call thier bluff and two days later i received a court date on paperwork from a locator. I proceeded to lose in court, it was embarrassing. i will pay my debts from now on and act like an adult. Titan taught me a valuable lesson. If you owe on a debt you can be perused for the money you owe it court. Man i feel like a white trash loser. :(

a judge does not deliver a summons, a process server does. Do you really think a judge has time to deliver summons? cmon

This company called my ex-husband and then his new in-laws (who I have never met) They informed both parties that I am writing fraudulent checks and that they need to serve me papers. When I called them this morning the manager (Doug was rude and proceeded to call me irresponsible, and basically a horrible person. I am meeting with my attorney this morning and I will be filing a greivance against this company. Oh, it was for a payday loan from 3 years ago.

I got a similar called today too, saying they are an mediator pressing charges against me. For not paying a bill.

Some bunch of major scam artist criminals at this number.  Apparently trying to get access to as much personal data about people as can, for untold nefarious purposes, including credit card and more terrifying, people's Social Security account, info.  See my post regarding an alleged helpline (1-800-645-4016) for an alleged product from "United Benefits Shopping services."  They are working in concert with Social Security customer service staffer(s) or have successfully infiltrated its phones and systems in order to obtain and/or access American's private,,personal information.
