Said they were recording the conversation and asked for somebody. I asked again for the name and they repeated. Though I couldn't clearly hear the name of the person in question, it was not my name. I said it and hungup. It must be a collection agency.

Called twice a day for four days in a row.  A girl named Jennifer asked for Daniel.  No Daniel at this number.  I asked what the name of the company is. Answer:  ER Solutions.  Hung up when I told them to remove my number from their records.

Got one yesterday and said the same thing ER solutions whatever the hell that is.

I have gotten recorded calls every day for many days on my answering machine from these people. Kelly Smith from ER Solutions, about an outstanding debt. I have no outstanding debts. Can anyone tell me how to get them on a "do not call" list?

I got a call form that # 3/21/08 @ 9 a.m., I called them back "receptionist" said that it was ER Solutions and it was personal # for Daniel Cruz. I asked her to give me mor info, what kind of business it is, she said - financial Co, I asked where it is, she hanged up.

Keeps calling and no one is there or they don't speak english

This number keeps calling me so far 3 times in 1 day!  doesnt seem to matter if its the wrong number!  It is a collection agency:  ER Solutions, (i found used for Qwest/Cable/etc...)  JERKS!
** NOTE:  i wonder with the president helping everyone and their mother due to gas/oil prices, why dont he do something about these annoying callers who probably use every DL trick in the book to harrass people! **

they keep calling my daughters cell phone

I get calls a few times a week to my business cell from this number. No messages are left, so don't know who it is or what they want. If they bothered to listen to my voice mail message they would know my name and my company's name.

Multiple calls daily to my cell phone. They say it's an important call.Then: "please hang on for the next representative".

i am recieving calls on my work phone for someone i dont even know.  Thanks to this site i know who the caller is.  Now how do i get them to stop calling?

Received a call from 877-317-0948 they claimed that they are a Solutions Company collecting for Qwest accounts (Qwest phone service). I said which account, they said they could not give me an account number or information, until I "verify" my personal information first. I informed the lady that she "called me" and I do not wish to give my information out over the phone, plus my accounts with Qwest was current. She kept saying it wasn't and but would not give me the account number. We finally both agreed to say GOOD BYE. I believe they are just collection information, name, phone, address, etc.. for telemarketing purposes.

This is ERSolutions - a debt collection agency.  Although I had worked out payment terms with Qwest for a debt owing, I suddenly started receiving calls from ERS - Qwest was bewildered as to how ERS got hold of my debt.  After two months of going back and forth between Qwest and ERS, things have been resolved.  The ERS reps are extremely beligerant and rude - I disconnected three calls due to their foul language.

Contact your State Attorney's office and/or the Federal Trade Commission about harassment by ER Solutions.

Report them to both the Federal Trade Commission and your state attorney.

1-877-317-0948 is a scam operation trying to collect your personal information. They pretend to be collecting overdue bills even when you have no overdue bills. Never give personal information or identify yourself to unsolicited phone callers. They are scams.

This company is ERSolutions.  I had an account with Qwest that went to collections and I guess this is the company that bought the debt.  They had sent me a letter in the mail that I was going to mail a check with but they called me and wanted me to pay over the phone.  I did and paid by debit card.  Got worried but they were able to confirm the account number and the amount I owed and after reading this page I am a little more confident that it is not a scam.  I am checking my account every day however just in case.
