Ford Motor Credit - Calling to schedule a lease termination inspection on my whip.  Legit call.

These scum ONLY get paid if they make the appointment.  The price of your lease carries these parasites, who sell under the guise of force to pretend they are 'helping'.  Just call when you are ready to turn the car in. They are given a list of all the leases due to terminate in the next 6 months, updated monthly.  They start calling WAY before any lease termination.  When they call, explain if you are involved in helping them in a commercial transaction, your fee for assisting them on the phone is $2,000.00 per incident hour or part thereof. Record that agreement and fax it to them.  The calls will stop, you just took their offer and accepted on these terms.

What?  This number is for Alliance Inspection Management.  They are one of several inspection companies Ford Credit uses (and Ford hires them).  Ford Credit does not do their own Lease end inspections.  If you call Ford Credit, they will give you this number for you to call to have your vehicle inspected (assuming AIM is the company assigned to you).

Your tactic is interesting though!  Next time UPS comes to your house pretending they are "helping" by delivering a package to you, I would use that tactic as well.  After all, the price of your package carries those parasites.

My husband keeps getting harassed at his work.  I never gave ford that number.   My husband has given them my cell number and our home number but they never call.  They have now called my work, which I specifically told them they can NOT call me at work.   I now have my job in jeopardy.  HARRASSMENT.  I need to call FCC!!!!!!!

This is NOT Ford Motor Credit, they are a company inspecting per-termination. You do NOT have to deal with them and just take it to the dealer. Do not fall for their scam.

Alliance Inspection Management and NOT FORD credit. You do not have to get it inspected by them. Just return to the dealer.
They do harass you and keep calling almost daily.

This is a call back from us calling them for an inspection for the end of our lease.  Unfortunately, robocall blocker picks it up first.  For us it's legitimate since we initiated the contact.

Left message about a pre inspection before turning in our leased car. Why? A family member works at the Ford Dealership where the car was leased, there is nothing wrong with the car. We will just turn it in to them when the lease is over.

I do not understand why people are calling this a scam. When I got the call, I too thought it might be a scam, but I verified it with Ford, and it is legit. Ford hires them to inspect the car near the end of the lease. It costs me nothing. They will even come to my home or work, so I don't have to travel to them. It is not fair to simply ignore these calls and bring the car to the dealership at the end, because those salesmen are not trained in estimating the depreciation. Why are so many posters being uncooperative and/or calling it a scam?

Alliance Inspection Services. Contracted by Ford to do Lease turn in inspections. They call within 45 days of lease end to set up appointment. Legit call verified bt Ford Credit.

Ford motor company called me last month (November) to tell me Alliance  would be calling me to set up an appointment for the inspection to be done, they called today and set up the appointment. What I don't understand is why Alliance doesn't have their name on the caller ID number, almost didn't answer the phone because the caller ID said Not Provided. They should have it listed if they want people to pick up the call.

Didn't answer.  Message said they were calling "on behalf of Ford Motor Credit" to schedule a pre-termination inspection of our vehicle.  I called the dealership to ask if it was legit but have not received a call back.

These people are calling my cell phone. Interesting Ford bought the vehicle back under my States Lemon Law six months ago. They paid off the lease and paid me what the law required them as penalty for selling my that piece of crap they called a vehicle! I called Ford and they said "your account is paid in full and your vehicle was returned to FORD Corporate so it could be parted out as it was accepted that it was a lemon." They said they did not make a referral to Alliance and said it must be a scam!
