Anyone knows who this number belongs to? thanks

It is an automated male voice. After saying "Hello" the recording says they are representing Circum Company? "I will only take 20s of your time". First question asked if I had downloaded any "pre-recorded" music off the internet recently. Press 1 for yes, 2 for now. I did not press anything and they hung up.

I got the automated voice too. My voice mail actually recorded this robot voice asking the same question listed above. I called back and got a voice mail in French and English asking to leave a message if I was interested in taking part in a survey. Just got a call from them... on Sunday no less.  Twice they've called this week, both times I didn't answer.

Have been getting phone calls from this number for the passed 3 days.  When I answered the first time I got a message to call this redirected number at 1-040 then I hung up.  Second time no recording and no one answered.  Third time I answered the phone no one said anything I called the number back and there was a pre-recorded message in French.  I hung up.  Who is this does anyone know?  I called the phone company to complain, they could not do anything.  Echo Inc. 1-877-324-6766 comes up on my caller ID.

This number just called, but they didn't say anything - just hung up.  There was background noise on the other end like someone was in a room full of people.

They call my # now ALL the time. I get the same survey thing, tell them I don't have time and that's it. It's getting pretty irritating.

I have received call from 1877-324-6766 . The representative told me that it is Election Canada calling to verify my address and they asked me about my previous address.
I found it suspisious and looks like fishing call for identity froud.

I also got a call from Écho Sondage. They seem to be a legitimate survey company located in Québec. I also am on the National Do Not Call Registry, but I'm not sure if survey companies are co
vered.

This is a market research firm. You can go on there website and e-mail your request to not call anymore. I did and got a very polite reply of confirmation.

I have been receiving calls from this number everyday at least 5 times per day for almost a month now. Any time we pick up the call the caller hangs up. I fianlly called Echo Sondage(514-593-8943) yesterday, October 28, 2009 at 9:30 am and spoke to a supervisor and told him very explicitly to take my number off of their list. He asked for my phone number and then hung up on me. At approximately 1pm that same day my husband received a call from Echo Inc. and finally someone was on the line. He told the caller to take us off of their list and to never call again. The caller said he would do so. We then received 5 more calls througout the day from Echo Inc. one of which I picked up and heard voices in the background and then the caller hung up. Today, October 29, 2009 I emailed Sophie at echosondage.com detaling all of this and asking how they have my phone number and what infornation they hold on us as well as who they work for and their business number and of course to tell her to take my number off of their list. It will be very interesting to get these answers. If they are indeed a legitimate company they should be shut down for conducting business in this manner. If they are not legit, that is a completely different story.

Its a market research company based in Montreal called Echo Sondage. They're calling you to do a survey.

We've been getting harassing calls from Echo Sondage for weeks now.  It got worse after I left a voicemail to complain.  They call at all hours of the day, and it's always dead air whenever we pick up.

You can make a complaint quickly with the Do Not Call Registry by calling 1-866-580-3625.  Maybe if enough people file an official complaint the company will be shut down.

Call this evening at 6:43P. I did not answer.
