To whom it may concern.  I have been deceased since November 23rd, 2010, why am I receiving phone calls at my grandkids home phone, from 877-326-1530. Please stop calling and harassing my relatives who are still alive.

We received a phone call for our deceased son from this number....he was 38 and an adult,.....he had no estate and was married......do not, repeat, do not call our home number again....final warning

This website, and others like it, i.e. "WHO CALLS ME", are in NO WAY AFFILIATED with the people that are calling you!  This is a RESOURCE, for people to use, to find out INFORMATION about who may be calling.  It is NOT a website for directing "Do not call me anymore" complaints.  Stop clogging up the website with worthless pleas, or threats for people to stop calling you.  That is NOT this sites purpose!

There is not any estate. Please stop harassing me. Once social security stops sending payments, there are no debts to be paid after the person is deceased.

I am not the person handling my deceased brothers "estate".     He died broke and homeless.

They called my work number, presumably to collect on my mothers debt as I was granted power of attorney prior to her passing - however I am not the executor of her estate.  When I answered I got silence.  If they call again I will update and see what I can find out - it is my intention to "fire all the guns" if they are calling me at work about my deceased Mom's debts. I hope an amusing story comes out of all this...

Update:  Emailed consumerombudsman@dcmservices.com with the following communication:
My mother, XXXX of XXXX, Fl. passed away at 96 years old after a long, expensive illness. She left no assets. Although I was granted power of attorney to manage her affairs while she was alive, this power expired with her passing. I am not the executor of her estate and I no longer have authority to speak for her concerning any matters.

This communication is my letter to you asking for you to stop. Do not call or write me again.  Future attempts at communication with me will be treated as harassment and I will respond appropriately.

Several calls from them. Called wanting to know name of person handling the bills for deceased persons estate. Our probate attorney advised us not to talk to them.

WOW! Thank you for posting all that info. It's nice to know who we are dealing with. I don't know why I'm surprised that there are individuals who do this, take advantage of the grieving.  So sad
