This number is for policyholders of Liberty Mutual Insurance to confirm rating information related to their auto and homeowner policies prior to renewal.  A letter from Liberty Mutual always precedes an outbound phone call. Occasionally, it is possible that the telephone number belonging to a non-Liberty Mutual  policyholder is dialed. If you receive a call and you are not a Liberty Mutual policyholder, we apologize. What is the purpose of this nonsense???  I received a call to go over the info they already have and no changes.  I kept pressing them to say what is the purpose and the person just kept saying they are just verifying the info, which they had so it seems legit.  I asked why are you wasting my time calling me on info you already have to wit she indicated just verifying and they weren't trying to sell anything.

This nonsense wants to make me drop liberty mutual after 10 years with them.

They have called 3-4 times . I talked to them the 1st time and their information was outdated. It made me feel uncomfortable so I used the phone# on the insurance to Liberty Mutual. They said they weren't trying to reach me. They had my correct info as well. The called again and I called Liberty Mutual and they said they would turn it over to fraud department.

I have received six calls from this number over a period of 5 to 6 weeks (very annoying). If I see a number from someone I don't know, I don't pickup the phone, unless they leave a message and tell me what it is about. They just call whenever they feel like, on the weekends, and during the work hours. They never leave a voice message. If it was a credible call, they will leave a message. I have blocked this number. Also, my phone number is registered with "Do Not Call" registry, these pricks still call. They should be sued.
