i received repeated phone calls from this number and they don't leave a message

I called the number back, it said it was Wells Fargo, trying to reach me for a promotional offer. The message also said that they would try to reach me another time (noooo!).

Received calls from this number.  Would like to stop getting these calls.

It is Wells Fargo with a marketing offer.  You can call this number back, but be sure that you enter the 1 before you dial the number.  You will hear a recorded message that will let you enter your phone number if you want to be removed from the marketing list "for this promotion".  After you do that, then they tell you that it will be 5 business days before it takes effect but that it could take 30 DAYS for your name to be removed from the system.

Not totally clear whether or not your number will be put back into their next "marketing offer" which no doubt could start up tomorrow, but maybe this will offer a little bit of relief - at least I am hoping so.  If not, I am changing banks!

Thanks Carol H.  I just removed my number as well.  I recieved multiple calls.

After several weeks of number showing up on Caller ID but no message,
I called number this morning (May 14). Got a recording that it's
a promotional offer about an insurance package from Wells-Fargo.
There's an option to have your name removed from this call list,
which is from a different number than past W-F promotions.
Still irritating, though.

I get at least one call a day from this #.... Does anyone know who this is ?

We've gotten SEVEN phone calls from this number today.  Seven calls in ONE DAY?  Sometimes only 15 minutes apart!  I have the number blocked on our home phone, so it only rings once and then says "blocked".  Give it up idiots!

Good luck having them stop.  I get the call everyday at 9 and it's been 6 months.  I now use the call as an alarm clock  to have the call alert me to do something in order to make this bearable.

I was getting this call once or twice per day with no message left on my swering machine.
Yesterday I put a block on it to answer after first ring give busey then hang up.
This seems to make the computer think they have a live one. Now it calls every hour today.
I can't win, but at least it's only 1 ring and is wasting their time.
Guess I should call and ask to be removed.

My calls start at 8:30 am, a bit earlier than I would like to be awakened.  I answered this morning only
to have to tell the young lady that I was not interested 3 times before I finally hung up.  Very annoying!!!
If it continues, I may need to change banks as well.

I'm already passed annoyed regarding having a call from this number. This has to stop! No message...

I got this call a couple of times.  They say it is for a Wells Fargo insurance package.   I hung up on them when they tried to get my birth date to verify my age.  I then called the Wells Fargo fraud line.  They told me that they will only use the birth date to verify identification as a last resort and that calls from Wells Fargo Marketing will be identified on the caller ID as Wells Fargo.  So I can only conclude that this was a phishing attempt.
