These morons "want to lower your credit card interest rate to 6.9%."  Its a pre-recorded call and then you press 9 to get the human.  Its on a dialer and after a good cussing, she's lighting up my phone.  Guess you'll be hearing from the Indiana Attorney General soon because I just filed a SECOND complaint about you people today.

    wise
I got an autodialer with a prompt to dial 9 to lower my interest rate to 6.9%. When I questioned them about who they were, they gave me their phone number and name of DHC Financial. They told me to look them up on the web at DHCfinancial.com. When I tried to look up that web site, nothing came up. I did not fall for their ploy.

Be wary. There's nothing to substantiate who they are and they won't name any credit card in particular that they can negotiate for you.

Also offered me the same deal of 6.99%.  They were not associated with any of my credit cards but said they could get them lowered.  I gave them the toll free # of one of my credit cards and then they wanted the account #.  I refused and they gave me the 1.877.332.8652 to call back if I changed my mind and then hung up on me.  I think it is a scam trying to get credit card numbers.

    Keep on Truckin'
I just finished up tallying the numbers and looks like I saved 8.3 times the money I paid DHC to lower my rates on two large and three smaller balances.  I run OTR trucks and with the cost of fuel increases and declining rev's due to economy slowin down, I was hurting.  Chase bot out my WAMU and jacked rates to 19% and Disc, Citit and Capt ! follwed suit.  These guy charged me $1495 upfront fee, told me it would be covered by my savings I got from the interest savings I got from the lower rates.  I did a Bank Rate comparison and projected with the new rates, 12.9 average on both biz and pers. acct's I am ahead of the game big time.  So, yeah, it was auto dialer call, and the company called me back to record the guarantees on tape for confirmation and all but they look like the are gonna save me at least $100K plus and when your trying to make a tight budget the last thing one needs is a SOB banker with greedy fingers jackin up your frickin rates.  They should be ashamed.  I thought I could do this myself and tried and the rep at DHC was real nice to me but a real stickler with the jerks at CC co's. So I got every penny's worth and think you all who post here are rather ignorant.  There are not all bad apples, I paid for a LIVE negotiations and got 5 for around 4.5 hours total over two days.  Any ways, I hope this might help against all the spammers.  Sometimes you do get what ya pay for.  And re: the auto dialer, I just let the machine answer most time and it just dumps the call and keeps my blood pressure down.  Seems easiet solution to minor inconvenience.  Thanks DHC.  I'd recommend ya to any one in debt and strugglin with high rates.

Nice job "DHC" writing your own response to appear as a customer testimonial. You are just one of hundreds of companies playing the same game. Just like Genesis. We even know you're just a split off from them anyway....Trust me we all know better....LMAO

Thats good to hear KEEP ON TRUCKIN. These people do not even get this company a chance to help them. They saved me about 4,500 dollars and the fee for all of this was only $995. How can you beat that. They hate the credit card companies and thats why I loved them.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprized and pleased with the job these guys did for me. I saved over 3K in a matter of an hour and that was only 1 bank they worked on. I was very unsure if I was making the right desicion but they did exactly what the lady told me they would. It's refreshing to get what you pay for... I guess it's like refinancing your mortgage to get a lower interest rate, you have closing costs but you make it up and then some in savings. In this case I didn't have to roll my credit cards into my mortgage. Thanks DHC and I APPRECIATE YOU!! even if no one else does.

This is a great endorsement of this site when so many of the shills feel it necessary to come on here to try to run the scam, plus it shows that the scam isn't working well enough over the phone. It's reassuring actually to see how unsuccessful harvesting confidential information for identity theft is for these crooks as eveidenced by all the postings they're making here. Keep up the good work guys it's so frikken convincing!

Dont you people have anything better to do then sit at home and complain over the internet,(like a job maybe???) about something you know nothing about if this place was such a scam why would they bother to call you back after they already have all the info they need to steel your identity, who wants to steal the identity of someone with bad credit, high interest rates and no availabilty.  Almost everyone who has negative opinions of this company never bothered to go all the way thru the process, becouse if they had they would know there are no fees involved if they dont help you.  Not to mention the people who have been helped are so satisfied and happy they wouldn't waste there time sitting on the iternet trying to find things to complian about. (they are at work...) I really hope things improve for the bitter poeple who couldn't be helped!

It is interesting to note that the above respondants supporting DHC Financial Services LLC all have the same message, namely that the end justifies the means.  Their message is that it is OK for DHC Financial to break federal do-not-call and robocall laws because they do such a good job.  Interesting logic.

Incidentally, The 877-332-8652 number is administered by an ISP named Lightyear Network Solutions.  This implies that DHC Financial has a business relationship with Lightyear,  Since Lightyear has an extensive VOIP network it seems likely that their network is the source of the robocalls.

My last robocall from Rachel said it originated from area code 825, an unused area code.  These nasties are learning.....

Immediately when someone answered the phone( after I pressed nine to talk with someone) I told them I was on the do not call list and I wanted to be taken off this list.  They then said I wasn't on any list and that my credit card company had said that I was up for review and that I could authorize them to talk with my credit card company to see about getting my rate reduced.  I played along for awhile and said I knew that they were not going to reduce my interest rate becuase my credit wasn't very good.  They said oh no we are going to get your rate reduced today down to 9% and you will be on the line the whole time we are talking with your company.  They then asked me what my balance was on the card and what available credit I had left.  When they found out that I only had $190. left they came back and said that that wasn't enough to negotiate with because my CC company would just say that I was looking for a lower rate so I could just pay off my bill and then not use my card.  whatever!!!!  I just asked her please since you can't help me can you take me off this list..  She then said, "of course I will".  I knew it was basically a scam I just wanted them to stop calling me.
