opened an account with WaMu within 2 weeks went to buy something at Ubid.com
Ubid.com tried to charge my account more than my bid price. I called WaMu right away spoke to to someone with a strong accent who told me to bad. nothing they would do about it untill the next billing cycle. I wanted to stop payment. I told WaMu to close my account immidiatly. Then sent an email to Ubid.com telling them to bad I closed my credit card account. Since then WaMu calls me everyday 20-30 times a day. Eventhough I'm on the do not call list. And it is illegal to call a person in my state more than 3 times a week.

We get calls from this number all day long. I have told them to stop on numerous occasions. It is getting extremely annoying!

Seriously....this people are idiots.  80% of them don't even speak English.  Just for grins, I'll pick up the phone and mess with them just for kicks.

Calls several times a day.  Have asked them to stop calling.

Call 3 times in AM, a few times during the day, and 2-4 times in the evening.  I would say 10 times a day on average, and then Saturdays and even Sundays.   They have my phone useless since I just mute it most of the time

We get calls on an average of 15 time/day which has become increasingly annoying... They start calling at 8am and don't stop until about 11pm even on Saturday and Sunday... They don't state who they are, why they are calling and I'll be damned if they leave a message. Who are the jerks and where do they come up with these numbers... Hell they even had my address!

We get phone calls from this number all the time, i am sick and tired of getting them..I have told them to stop calling, but they keep calling back.

I get repeaded calls daily from this # they never leave a message just hang up

This is a company that collects for MANY companies such as Dillard's Department Store and MANY others.  Best thing to do is ignor the call or write them to discontinue use of the phone to make contacts.

It usually only rings twince sometimes thrice, and they diconnect, since they will not ever leave a message.

They started calling since I opened my OldNavy account. I only used the credit card once and payed in full. But for some reason they said I have not payed the bill. Since then, this number kept on calling and never leaves a message. They call in certain times of the day and it's very annoying~!

6 days. Prior persons who had this # had a account somewhere and they handle over 6000 companies. If you want to, call them multiple times a day and feed them a bunch of bull they will stop calling. If you get someone who speaks English that is.

I got a phone call this morning, asking for someone whom I've never met.  I told them wrong number.  30 minutes later someone else from thet same phone number called, and was rude to my daughter.  I called the number back and asked for a supervisor.  The guy I got was named Mark Robin.  I told him to remove my number, there is no Yolanda here and not to call back.  He made a lame excuse that  he could not look it up because the computers were slow.  Then within 30 seconds he said they erased my number.  I almost laughed.. then he promised (verbal) that they would not call back.   If I get one more phone call I will call my attorney and get a cease and decist letter out to the company.  Another option is to get into prepaid legal and have them help you.  NCO is a collections firm, they are based in the USA out of PA.  Here is link to their parent company contact info. I have great credit no credit cards of any kind. I have only a car loan, student loan and my utilities, no house payment live in an apartment. I make all my payments and I still get this # calling me about 20 time/day. it wouldn't be so bad but it on a cell phone thats per-paid, and its killing my minutes. I have talk to an attorney but he said call them back and have them fax info to me and they will not do so. They don't even know who I am. So I asked them to stop calling me. They did for one day then it started all over again. I'm filed a lawsuit and taking them to court, plus I have been keeping a record of every call they make. date time # in the last 2 week 280 calls. I think I'm going to win this case.

can you kindly consult your handbook on subject-verb agreement? apparently it's you who doesnt know your native language.mind you nco does professionals calls. if i were you, just answer their calls,know the purpose and afterwhich, react accordingly. just behave like you're also a professional one.at least.

this number constantly calls and I am tired of talking to them. Most can not speak english. This is harassment and they should be prosecuted
