received a call no name for the company

This number called me and left a urgent message sounding very mad and saying I had to give them an address for either my home or work for them to serve me they gave me a claim number and 877 number to call back and at the very end she said YOU HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED!!!  Plus when the call came in my caller id said it was a blocked call

This is now my second call in a week from a Donna Powers (made up generic name given is my guess) and she has stated that I need to call the mediation firm to resolve this matter at 877-340-9184.

Today I received this:

I am calling again to inform you that you have had the opportunity to contact the firm handling your claim, ma’am at this point I have verified your address for service of process for the claim against me “that I have officially been notified and that this is my final notification”…blah blah blah….

Again no one in their right mind has ever ever given a “heads-up” that you will be served.  If she wants to pursue this and try serving me, then go for it.  My place of employment is instructed to state I am not here and my residence has no trespassing signs all over with beware of dog (152 lb guard dog)  and violators can and will be shot.  Good luck with whomever you think you might have…. I am so fed up with the calls that I beg this person to serve me at this point.

A Katherine Hall called my boss and left a message that there is a claim against me and she wanted to know my employers process for serving me.

Well the company I work for gives employees a hard time if they don't have their badge, so I dare whoever this person is to come forward.

I know it was a collection call and she TRIED to sound very threatening and intimidating......... didn't scare me one bit!

You dead beats think by not paying your debt that its impossible to get served? Well so did I. Guess what. Some jerk knocked on my door and served me a court issued summons for a loan I never paid off. I went to court and paid friggin double. This is just a warning to you ignorant dead beats.

“I got Served” and "Ready and not Waiting"

The funny thing about the internet is anyone can claim to be someone they are not and say things that did not happen- with no way to prove anything.  Even a debt collector, who is failing at hi/her job and grasping at straws can make posts such as this one to try and scare people in to paying.  I guess they have stopped to the lowest levels and leaving posts such as “I got Served” and "Ready and not Waiting" The real funny thing is, someone who actually got served- would NOT talk like this to others, he/she would try and help them and being supportive- NOT stating vulgar ugly statements such as this- I know your Momma's taught you better manors than this.
