    Claims to represent Wachovia Healthcare insurance.  Offered a policy for 19.99/mo., 99 cents for the first month.  Told them we already had excellent healthcare insurance, and that we were not interested, but calling party persisted.  I terminated call at this point.  I'd be wary.
