They called looking for an Elizabeth Vasquez. Unfortunately my last name is Vasquez, but there is NO ONE remotely related to me with that name! I explained to them or I should say I at least explained tried to explain, but the [***] from COLLIN something, & something LLC said "with your attitude you are probably related to her." He wouldn't even let me talk. So I said you listen to me "You called over here looking for this person who I do not know! Take my number off your list and look else where because it is not here, or I will slap you with a lawsuit for harassment faster than you think!" Next thing I heard was a click. I called the number back and it goes to a fax! I think these fake collector calls are getting ridiculous, but unfortunately nothing is ever going to get done!

Received call saying they attempted to leave some legal documents at my door without success. To call them or have this taken care of in court. ?

Same call as Christine above. Second time something about need to talk to arbitrator. It was a recording.

Received recorded call saying they attempted to leave some legal documents at my door without success and to take care of the problem to press #1. We did, only to hear a high-speed message of a man's name and a 877 number to call (to fast to write down) and to call them to have this taken care of before being sent to the County Clerk.
Please note - someone is at my home 24-hrs a day and the recorded message does not ask for a specific person.

this is a scam people.. this idiot call me and left 2 different names on my vm stating he was going to serve me w/ legal documents on behalf of a client.. and when I call him on it he hung up the phone and they blocked my number
