what business owns it? Anyone knows?

It plays a recording. First couple of times it said it had a message for someone I never heard of. Next time, it played music. My guess is that it is the same company who owns 800-797-6093. I have been getting calls from these tow numbers for about a month. The name of the company that owns 800-797-6093 is Vital Recovery Services in GA.

Some company called Vital Recovery Services trying to collect a debt that is not mine.  What was really rude was playing music when I answered the first call.

automated service keeps calling my home phone and then hangs up, after I yell into the phone "hello" several times. The cal came in today @ 4:45 pm CST. These are annoying.

called twice today sept  11th..... let it ring 3-4  times  ..when i picked up  ...dial tone...
some calls  look for that HELLO  to set off SALES PITCH..
I HAVE CALLER ID...so  877........... i remain silent..
but  just hung up   when i picked it up...these two times..
i had an OLD TENANT..who owed on a student loan...i got rid of the MAIN
collector... finally  calling them and telling them my story... it was my address ..my phone nbr...he MOVED 5 YEARS AGO..the calls stopped..so this CO. Could be  on  this old case..i don't know..

rings now 3-4 times in a row, about 5 minutes apart, every couple of days. didnt leave a message today. has left message in the past saying "this is a 'private' call for so & so, if u are not so & so please hang up. By continuing to listen to this message u acknowledge that u are in fact so & so." That would be great but they r leaving it on my machine and my machine doesnt know to hang up. They now prob think i'm so & so.

I live very close to this a** hat, so I decided to go pay him a visit.
He is an old guy with a tiny office in a strip type industrial park. You know the red brick tinted glass kind of place. Bad for him, the front door was propped open with the carpet by the door, so I let myself in and walked around the dump until I found him sitting in front of his 17 inch GLASS tube monitor from the early 90s. It was so pathetic. I marched right into his office addressed him by name and before he could even get up, I physically slammed the cease and desist letter on his desk. He was quite shocked, and I think he thought I was a process server at first. Needless to say he was more than kind enough to show me the way to the front door mumbling something about the cops as a laughed at him. If his company ever calls me again I will take this matter to court as others have:

He don't have a single real picture on his website. It's all purchased stock photos. His business is a dump. I captured a little cell phone video in his office.

I guess that would qualify as proof of delivery!

Keep getting collection calls for the past 3 1/2 years for this woman. I am not her, don't know her, don't know where she went as she has never lived at this address.  Recording keeps calling.  When I stayed on line to tell them to stop calling me and to remove my number from their system, woman who refused to identify herself hung up on me after I asked for their legal department as I considered these calls claiming information I was providing was being used to collect a debt to be harassment.  How can the information I provide be used to collect a debt and why do they keep calling me?  Do they want ME to pay this woman's debt? Seems that way given the number of calls made after I've clearly told them they can't reach Janice J Brown at my phone number!

I get this call several times per day.  When I answere they hang up???
Today they left a message.  I tried to call back and the office was closed.  The recording said they were closed and their hours were 8 AM Monday thru Saturday.

They call several times day, when you pick up there is no answer.

I don't know who these people are.  I am on a no call list.
how do I stop them from calling my house?

Calls all the time.  Says this call is for  and never says a name.  We have no debts and I'm on the do not call list.  Called back and no one ever answers.

Who do we call to stop this?

Who are these people and why are they calling me? What do they want? Why won't they stop? Why won't they even talk to me? Is this some kind of Army p0r0groam in psychologivcal warefoare?

Ive gotten 2 calls within the past 2 hours already today, when I tried to call it back to inform them they are calling a BUSINESS phone, I just got the music. My number is also on the DO NOT CALL LIST. We should be able to prosecute their [***] for harrassment!

I received the same phone call with details described in other posts. I called Verison Wireless to report it and they were not able to identify the call or give me any help. Is there a way to block this phone number from my cell phone?

I get a call from 877 347 2082 daily and sometimes twice. No is on the line when answered. Now if we are home we either don't answer or just pick up and hang up.

same story. call off and on for months. never respond when you answer, never leave message. never answer when you call back.

I've gotten the call several times everyday, called them twice and talked to them saying that the debt has been taken care of with the company. Apparently, they say the company has never talked to them. I understand that collection agencies are jobs for other people, but at the same time, when does collections turn into harrassment? Obviously they don't care.
