If you ever ordered a free trial of the Acai Berry or power cleanse stuff, their terms and conditions (on a separate page on the website) state that starting 14 days after your free trial has started, they will be charging you that $81.37 every month (forever) until you cancel.  That is, if you can get through to them by phone.  AND they do not accept product returns (also stated in T's & C's).

            Their site is:
            http://www.extremeacaiberry.com/

The site my girlfriend ordered from which does not state the terms and conditions during the ordering process:
            https://www.extremeacaiberry.com/e_pop/index. ... 5558&opt=401198

We were able to contact them at 1-877-350-8480.  After arguing about their terms and the "satisfaction guarantee" on their site for 20 minutes, they relented and agreed to return the purchase price if we return the unopened bottles.

This is clearly a clever scam that the company is pulling on people.

          When you received your product acaiberry, the envelope it came in has the phone number listed directly below the street address;
          Fullfillment,

          8012087485
          Davie, FL 33314
When you research the phone number 801# it turns out to be a landline in Midvale,Utah and when you do reverse search on the street address it is listed under
          Subway Restaurant
          4650 SW 51st St. Ste 711
          Davie, Fl 33314-5535

            17 Nov 2008
In response to your report online: I called the 'Subway' number, and a few other numbers as well, from England, UK, today. Each time the receivers were replaced, without a word being said. On three occasions, there was no ringing tone at all. Later, several times I was answered, but my call was cut off without a word spoken; the receiver was replaced immediately.
I fell victim to this free offer on 27th October. On the 28th Oct, I posted an airmail letter to the firm, to be signed for. This was telling them not to send me the trial tablets! Today, 17th November, the bottle of trial Acai Berry arrived. It was airmailed to me on 11/12/08 (12th November) weeks after my airmail to stop it would have arrived there. Apparently the only way to stop tablets coming indefinitely is to phone them, but like so many others I am unable to get through. This is the only way to stop them apparently. Now, like others, I may possibly be charged about £50 or more for a delivery of tablets that I don't want, and it goes on indefinitely, because I virtually "signed up" when I foolishly accepted the free trial (which is only about 14 tablets, so I understand).
If they don't answer the phone, and don't respond to letters, where does that leave us? It seems many have been caught like this. I have changed my credit card, but that won't stop it.
I am passing this on to "Watchdog" today, hoping they will investigate it. Dilla

I am not sure how much the call will cost.  Do not call 801-208-7485, it belongs to a very nice gentleman that gave me 801-530-6601, so that I could file a claim with the state of Utah about this fraudulent business, if that's what you can call it.  I did finally get through on the telephone number 1-877-350-8480 and spoke to a young lady by the name of Hannah who said she would cancel my order and refund my account the $89.31 that I never authorized.  Did you know that there are two other companies that you must also cancel.  Price Limbo and Fit Factory.  Sorry!!!

I called the Fit Factory number 1-866-407-1022 but they said I wasn't in their system either. I called the 1-877-350-8480 number back and asked for the name of their company but the guy said "for security reasons" he wasn't allowed to give out the name of the company.  Just to make sure I didn't get charged anything by any of them, I cancelled my debit card and had my bank issue me a new number.

This number is for Price Limbo.  I too ordered FREE Acai Berry.  I did cancel before the 14 days was up BUT apparently when you order this FREE product you are purchasing it through PRICE LIMBO.  They charged my credit card $8.51 for MEMBERSHIP in PRICE LIMBO.  I have called this number that appeared on my credit card statement.  The lady assured me I could cancel and even gave me a confirmation number.  She said it would take 14 days to process my credit.  FOUR weeks later I called at 9PM EST in order to get through to their Mountain time zone.  That gentlemen said the confirmation was not good! He asked for my email and said the next day I Would have to fill out a cancellation request.  Guess what?  The web address did not work.....imagine that.

i signed up for the trial of acai pills as well but never received them. about a month later i had a charge of $89 on my account and received a bottle of 60 tablets. assuming this was finally my trial bottle i opened it and tasted one. i then found the 801-208-7485 number on the package and called to see what was going on with the charge to my account. i got right through with no waiting but the guy told me that he would have given me a refund if i sent the bottle back to him. i didnt think that was fair because that was my trial bottle fair and square. but i told him i opened it and he said i sould have called to check with them before i opened it. why??? i dont call old navy before i open packages they send me that i ordered. but if i would have called i would have realized this was not the trial size bottle, it was what they were charging me the money for. turns out i never received my trial bottle so i just opened the first one i received! i am only getting half of a refund now...if that even happens. just be careful, and call them before you open anything...it will save you lots of money!

I called this number today (add 00 to the beginning if calling from the UK) and got through in about 5 mins (phone call made at 3:30pm UK time). I very much doubt that the lady I spoke to was based in the US, or at least not a local.  Giving her my details was painful.  Having given her my name she said that she couldn't find me on the database, but if I could give her the last 4 digits of my credit card (details of which I don't remember giving them in the first place), so I did (potentially a stupid move, we shall see) she was then able to find me and cancel my order.  She did give me a 7 digit cancellation code without me having to prompt her and I asked to be deleted from their database.

They certainly make signing up easy, but cancelling a total nightmare!
