I received this call about two hours ago. It
rang twice and then they hung up. No clue
as to who they are.

This is Wells Fargo Bank, calling their mortgage customers to sell medical and accident insurance, the monthly premium is added onto your monthly house payment.

I don't have a mortgage with them and they call me

I jusr received a call from this number with no message left. I do not have a mortgage with Wells Fargo, however I do bank with them.

It's Wells Fargo. Selling insurance. I said no once but they call every two or three days, mispronounce my name and thank me for being a valued customer (I cancelled my accounts with them, but I'm still a valued customer). Wells, if you should read these posts (you should) NOT GOOD PR!

I receive frequent calls from this number and there is no answer when I lift the receiver.

I wish that this would stop. They call at night and I never gave them a reason to call. I know that it is Quest -anything that has Quest on it I will not support or buy

Play with them.  Do what I did, call them back.  Don't worry, I have called it back several times and all you get is a message (block your # first).  Also when you call it back after listening to the message, keep the phone off the hook.  Run up their bill.  Tonight they called, I did not say a word and covered the mouth piece so they could hear nothing.   The dip wad also mispronounced our name.   He asked to speak to my husband, which I never said a word, then he said "hello", then he hung up.  I am almost tempted to answer "sheriff's department" and see what they do.

You cannot block your number when you are calling an 800 number. This includes 877, 866 and 888. When you call back these type of numbers your number is always displayed. That is why a lot of companies use 800 numbers....to obtain a working number from the people whom they call and want to call them back. Don't think that your number is blocked!

The call is from Wells Fargo trying to sell insurance.

Wells Fargo asking for my husband. Both of our names are on all of our accounts but they refuse to speak with me.

Just got the call.  I am not a Wells Fargo customer-stop calling and harrassing me.

I am so tired of getting calls from this number at all times of ths day and night. How do I stop them from bothering me?

I have been getting calls multiple times per day from this number for about a month or so.  There is never any answer.  They are routing through my Google Voice number which I only give out to companies when I don't want them calling my regular phone number, so it has to be from one of those few companies.  I am a Wells Fargo customer but I do not have insurance through them or any kind.  I have not been able to positively identify them as Wells Fargo since I have never spoken with a person and they never leave a message.  I am too worried to call the number from my phone because I do not want them using any inbound routing software to capture my actual phone number, and I worked at a cell phone company for several years and know it's possible to get a lot of info from someone just by having them call in to your company.  I am seeking some way to have this number blocked.

I am receivine from 1 to 3 calls per day and no message is EVER left on my voice mail.. The one time I picked up they indicated Wells Fargo and I told them never to call my number again..
