I have received dozens of automated calls spanning over a year from the Service Employees International Union.  Numerous requests to be taken off their automated calling system have been ignored.  Their continued calls constitute harassment for which this group should be condemned.

Yet another crank call this evening. And it only gets worse as the elections approach!!!

I am on the no call list, however, I keep getting calls from 877-352-5578.
I would like these calls to stop......

Why me? Very annoyed here.

phone call at 1am!  No message just silence.... calling number and receiving recording "not in service" or busy signal.

Called at 1:15 am.....I almost had a heart attack! I am not happy about it to say the least, and I am going to find out who is behind this phone call if it is the last thing I do!

Phone call from these people at 1:09 am and 1:40 am this morning.  A colleague of mine who lives in the same town received the same phone call.  Unbelieveable.  I called my local phone service AT&T and was rudely told by a customer service rep that she had no information on who regulates these types of complaints.  Got a supervisor who referred me to AT&T Annoying Telephone Call Bureau 1-800-348-8727 and also to the FTC 888-225-5322.  AT&T annoying phone call bureau advised 877-352-5378 belongs to Employees International Union.  Called them at 800-424-8592 (Washington DC), and was told by receptionist Dion that she would refer my phone number to their communications center in New York 212-603-1148 for Do Not Call.  Called that number myself and was connected to FEIU Communication Call Center and told them to take my phone number off their list.  I am supposed to get a call back.  Placed online complaint with FCC and will now try to place complaint with FTC.   Was told by FTC that tax exempt and political phone calls are not regulated by FTC and there are no calling time parameters like the collection agencies and marketing firms have imposed on them.  I do not care if the calls this morning were a glitch with the outbound robodialing system.  They need to be held accountable for me losing my whole morning's sleep and thinking that someone had died.

Clarification on my previous post...was told by the FCC that there are no time parameters on Political and tax exempt orginazation calls. Have not yet contacted the FTC.

Received call at 1 a.m. this morning ... did not answer in time ... It went to voice mail ... some recorded message .... still do not know who or what this was about ... AGAIN ... 877-352-5578 .... WHY ARE THESE COMPANIES ALLOWED TO GO ABOVE THE NO-CALL LIST AND CONTINUE CALLING US ...

Got a call at 12:48 AM and again at 1:21 AM on 10/25/2010.  (Thought it was a family emergency or work related.)  Message was Sandra Day O'Connor trying to encourage a vote for "Yes on Question 1."  It was from Nevadans for Qualified Judges.  They left a number of 702-723-3410.  Didn't call them and harass them for my mid-night wake up call yet but I did file a complaint with the FCC.  I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry but I guess anyone desperate enough to call at that hour to get my vote has just lost it.  Did a search on the 877-352-5578 number and it came from CommPartners LLC.  They are a communication company who gives out toll free numbers for stuff like this.  They are the ones who made the call per caller ID on behalf of the political company.  Though the call advertised a vote, the communication company is ultimately responsible.  And yes, they can control the time the calls are made.  I used to work for one so I know.
