I have been receiving calls from this # and another # associated with the same #888-805-6304.   Same person everytime but uses a different name.   The say that a company called The Cutter Group LLC gave me a payday loan.    The first few calls they told me it was a storefront loan....last call they told me it was online....when I told this idiot that, he says "we didn't tell you anything"....I have asked them several times what the phone # to this company is and they refuse to give it to me.    The last time I spoke with them, I told them I have never worked with a place that would not give me any information and told them to stop calling me at my place of employment....he told me "hey shut up"!....ummmm....scam!......Not sure what to do about stopping these phone calls.

They have all my personal information and have contacted friends and family claiming I am in need of legal documents because I have a court date.  I returned the call -at which time this individual who is extremly un-educated claimed that I was being taken to court for breach of contract, they didnt want money, but I would be being sued for triple...of what still not sure. When I requested an official business name and address - he was unable to provide me with an actual address, but gave me an p.o box number in arizona. When I very quickly advised that I would be more than happy to believe that this is legitmate and would be happy to supply them with my attorney's name and phone number, of course they declined and said bring her to court... I said  ok sure - when is this court date, because what do you know...I have not been served legally with anything...oh..they are not a collections agency, they just process legal documents for their client..ok -if you have my address, your client has to abide by state and federal law..what??? this highly unedcuated indiviual was unsure what that meant. Then I requested the clients name..easy cash??? seriously? I then contacted easy cash who has no idea who these people are.  then - getting frustrated because I also advised him he was not above the law -and if he only processes legal documents you have my address -why are you calling? out of complete incompetence and sheer stupidity..he yells good luck in court [***].... happily filed a police report.. good luck with harassment charges since I have you on recording.:)

make a police report each and every time - and add a recorder to your phone -they are breaking the law and will be arrested.

this has happened to me in the past - I reported it every single time - the investigator did speak to this moron who was doing the same thing...He was  threatened with extradidition to face charges - I saved phone bills and recorded him every single time....Now -there is another moron who has nothing better to do with his life than to make sure the public knows he is truly worthless and resides down in the swamp with the rest of the lowlifes. Seriously, I reported him today. and if he chooses to make the huge mistake of continuing this - I will press charges, and go after the company he claims to respresent.  today it was easy cash.  I have him on recording - he really got upset when I laughed hysterically at what he was saying...that really upset him..but I find it hilarious that be believes there are people who would be scared of him -thanks for the laugh!!!

Brian reynolds is the name he is using, he refuses to provide any type of business address, claims to only process legal documents, but if you want him to stop calling and making threats he will gladly take your bank information.  He is ridiculous enough to make up phony court case numbers, and ignorant enough to think that anyone would believe him.. I reported him and the numbers he gave, to the district attorneys office, to the clerk of county court, to the sherifs department and I hired an attorney for criminal charges, and a civil suit for slander, harasment and terroristic threats.  Scaming and illegally obtaining personal information, and misrepresentation to committ a felony.  anyone who has been called by him, or his buddy...report it!!! he will be in jail soon!
