Dell Financial Services answered at this number. I received a letter they were filing in small claims court against me for my debt. I filed bankruptcy - a very difficult decision. Several weeks later, they filed a motion to dismiss their action in small claims court. Maybe they finally believed I can't give them what I don't have. A week after they filed the motion to dismiss, I was served a summons to appear in court regarding the case they had previously filed to dismiss. In the meanwhile, in violation of the federal stay associated with bankruptcy proceedings, they have continued to call me twice per day from several different numbers, including this one.

Repeatedly calls our small business office, but no one is there when I pick up the phone.  The caller ID says Dell Financial Services.

I work for a small company and if their payment is few days late (more than once we've missed it and mailed it on the due date) you go on their calling list where you get phone calls multiple times a day with nobody on the other end. If you call and say that the payment was sent they will take you off that automated calling list but it seems like the type of harassment should be for people who are frequently late or a month past due.

Call answered after waiting about 15 seconds and saying hello repeatedly (must be automated dialing with voice detection). The cannot understand that somebody at a deadbeat business gave them my residential number and I have no affiliation with the company or the person they're trying to contact. Told each rep, even supervisor this repeatedly, yet they the call many times a day, even into the night past 9 pm. Recorded the last call. I have now filed a complaint with the local authorities, gave copies of the recording and phone company documentation to local newspapers and turned the same info over to several local radio and TV station consumer reporters.

Answered to hear a VM recording saying "thank you for calling the parents support line, blah, blah, blah".  It was a loop tape and let it run until it disconnected itself.

Calls from this # come into our office several times a day.  I pickup and hangup as when I try to answer, no one responds on the other end of the line.  No business name appears on the caller ID, just the phone #.  I am filing a complaint with the FCC.

Freaking Dell again..

The call me several times a week, vm left says Elan/Elon Construction and her name is Mary or Susan or Leann with a Southern American accent, call asap to discuss a business matter needing my attention. I never heard of them and the number was on my blocked list a while ago, with vm reporting them as something else with a guy with a south asian accent.

Called x2. First call: Caller ID = Dell financial, no msg. Second call: No caller ID but  msg to call back for urgent business. Reading previous comments it is possible dell financial called for ONE late by 10 days payment.

This number calls our business daily, sometimes at least three times in the same day.  When we answer, no one is there and they hang up.  Very harassing.
