This is a law firm calling me about a law suit against my x wife.  They wanted me to tell them where she works.  I guess there suing her for causing a car accident.  Serves her right!!!!!!!

It's a law office they have been calling me about a bar fight my husband was in several months ago.  I think they are suing him.  It wasn't really his fault.  I told them I will have my husband call back today.

If you can afford it, have an attorney file a claim of exemption that the garnishment is causing you an undue hardship.  A hearing will be set but the law firm garnishing you will probably agree to adjust the garnishment down rather than spending time in court fighting it.

This number is for a law firm they are trying to locate my son.  He is in the military and is in Afganistan.  They wouldn't tell me why they want him.  I told them he comes back next year they can speak with him then.

They are a law firm they have been calling me also, but I called them back turns out they are trying to get ahold of my x wife because of some old legal matter from several years.  I don't know why they would be hanging up on you.  But just to give you a heads up it is a law firm.

I saw a post on one of the sites from the Colorado Attorney General warning that they are collecting without a license in Colorado.  You may want to check and see if they are licensed in your state.  Here are more links to their other phone numbers.  They also call from 8773650025, 8778131682 and 8004932143.

it depends what state you are in.  There are certain states that do not garnish so it is not worth there time to sue you.  If they tell you that they are going to sue you and do not they are breaking the law.  Its called harassment and and against the FDCPA

just reccived a p-hone call from them saying that i have a bill from wells fargo bank and they have had it for 4 years and they are just now contacting me. the thing is i have never had an account with wells fargo. they cant give me any information at all and when they say they are tryin to talk to management, that management is way to busy to handle the call at the moment but the matter needs to be fixed by 5pm my time. something just doesnt seem right.

anyone who is getting a call from 1-877-365-0365 or better known as Varati Hare and Checky should really check them out. i called the bank (wells fargo) gave them the information they gave me with the so called account number and my ssn and they couldnt find any record of me having an account. now that i got all the information from the bank and i tried calling them back. after 4 rings i get a voicemail. so please people check these people out.

It's a 'LAW FIRM', they CAN tell you they are going to garnish you or get a judgement against you. They are a 'LAW FIRM', you dolts!!!!

In Texas , there is a NO wage garnishment law! They are just using scare tactics. DONT pay them anything till you get something in writing..ALOT of BS fake collectors who are not legit! Read up on Texas collection laws!
