Call is from Diamond Wireless for insurance on your Verizon phone

I never answered and no message was left. Tried calling number but call would't go through. 5 calls so far guess I'll just block number.

i dont have their service or have ever heard of them.
They claimed they were the insurance carrier for verizon and i checked with verizon and it is not

I don't have this service. But I keep getting hacked into my debit transactions. I tryed using my debit account & had a problem. Then I received this Txt from Diamond.

This is my experience....they texted me claiming that my debit card was declined and I was in danger of losing my cell phone insurance.  My cell phone insurance is through Verizon and is a part of my regular bill.

I have Verizon Wireless and insurance on one phone. Not the phone they sent this text too and that is not the accounts main number either. I think it is fraud as the insurance is on my bill with Verizon and not run separately.

I received a text on my cell phone about cell phone insurance premium being declined, and to call to avoid cancellation.
the text is as follows:
"(Notice) This text is to notify you that your cell phone insurance premium has declined. Please call 877-370-0610 by Feb. 7th to avoid cancellation."

I have no cell phone insurance.

Message says insurance declined because of card.....

This is all a bunch of bs and I hope that anyone with a brain decides to Google this number just like I did to find out that it's total crap. Verizon would call you to inform you of any changes and so would anyone else. There have been alot of scams and it's just to try to make you give up ur card info. Don't fall for a text message or a phone call from this number.

Diamond wireless with draw money from my account witout my permission  I know nothing about diamond wireless is there any way I can get help with this matter..

Text from Diamond Wireless: "The card on file for your phone's monthly insurance has declined, call 877-370-0610 to prevent the policy on your Verizon device....."

I have no monthly insurance on my phone.  I pay phone bill with old-fashioned check...they have no credit card on file for me.  SCAM.  This phone is relatively new and a secondary phone for which I have given out the number to very few family members and friends, so I'm wondering how these third parties have the phone number. Maybe the phone companies sell their phone numbers to scammers!?!?!?!?!?!

I am getting texts telling me to call 877-370-0610 saying my card on file has been declined, and I need to call before my policy is cancelled.  But I don't have a card on file with them.

Contact your bank and report it as a charge you didn't make.  I've got 6 charges on my bank account by this same person, never made a purchase with them.  I had to have my bank card number changed, and you should do the same.  They now have your bank card number and will charge you again and again!!

I have not recieved any calls on my phone from this number, but this number shows up on my bank statement.

I have recieved charges on my bank statement that they took out money 6 times - 3 consecutive charges on the same date and they did this twice!!I had to cancel my debit card  and was issued a new card.  

I hope someone does something to who ever is doing this.  They can't just steal money from peoples bank accounts and get away with it.

No call, but received a text stating that the card on file was declined and I need to call this number to update it for Diamond Wireless Protection, which I don't have. I tried calling the number just so I could yell at the scammers, but the call didn't work. I really wanted them to answer so I could pretend to be getting my new card info for them and when they ask me my card number I could reply "1111 2222 3333 4444" or something that completely wastes their time.

Got a text claiming my diamond wireless insurance was going to be cancelled.  Looks like a scam to me.

This is a scam. Got the same text on my husbands Verizon line. I have protection directly through Verizon. I called the number provided to complain and investigate.2 weeks after I bought a phone from them they went in and used my name, address and phone number to sign me up for wireless protection on my husbands new phone and another phone line not mine. The other phone was a prepaid flip phone that sells for 24 dollars. The creditbcard used was a prepaid MasterCard. They tried to get me to call with new credit card information. Turned them into  Verizon and next step is local police. This is a Scam..

They been taking money out my way account since September and it was unauthorized. I'm in process of trying getmmkney back
