Just says "800 Service then the number....no message left. I didn't pick up to answer

From what I could tell it was a company called L.I. Interstate? Not sure.

Phone rang -- I answered -- incoming call switched to another line which started ringing...I hung up.

Caller "Selena" said our Target charge bill was overdue and did we need help in arranging payments. We don't have a Target card. Hung up and she called back. Said to call her at 1-877-375-6990 x1080.
Called the number back and get "all agents are busy" "Please hold for the next available agent".

Completely bogus...............

When we pick up the call, there is no answer but it doesn't hang up, either.  Just dead air.  The call has come right around 8 PM CST for two nights now, after our young daughter's bedtime.  Incredibly annoying.  Dialed back to be asked to be removed from any list (even though we are on the DNC list) and got a mesage saying: "Please call us during business hours".  This cannot be legal within the new telephone solicitation laws.

The caller is calling several times a day at all hours. No one is there.

get calls about 3 times a day from 877-375-6990 when you answer it no one is there.

get calls at all hours, with dead air or passed to an extension that rings when the call is answered.  it might be tied to a couple of other numbers that call, as they all come on the same days, then lay off for a few days...  the other numbers are 952-944-1620 and 800-280-1565 - never have talked to anyone, but they keep calling!!

Caller was rude and did not want to leave message.

Caller calling asking for my Grandson. When asked who was calling, she said she was calling from "L.I. a business and couldn't give any more information than that." When I told her I would have him call, she gave number 1-877-375-6990 ext 1069 and ask for "Jamie".

It's actually a company called Allied Interstate.  And they're a debt collection company.  I've received messages and whenever I call back, I can never get through.

I've looked them up online and found information that people have sued them because they've violated certain statutes.

Somebody has been calling me repeatedly and daily for months from this number, even weekends and sometimes as much as three times a day. I screen my calls and they never leaVE A MESSAGE.  tHINKING OF CHANGING MY NUMBER IT IS IRRITATING. iF THEY WOULD JUST LEAVE A MESSAGE, MAYBE I WOULD CALL THEM BACK.

Calls come early in the morning, even on weekends, and throughout the day.  When I call the number I am "on hold" forever.

Keeps calling at 8:35 AM each day.  No one there.  I call back and it says all callers are currently busy, etc.

Every day, at random times, the phone rings with 877 375 6990 on the display and "unknown."
They never leave a message, nor is anyone there if I pick it up. Calling the number gets a recorded message about all operators being busy, please hold.
The calls come early enough in the morning to wake me up.
I want them to stop.

Number called.
I picked up. Disconnect.
Called back because they call ALL THE TIME!
