I assume they have your SSN.
You should be able to stop the charges by canceling your credit card. - Gerryva13 replies to jon giambalvoI got the same fax and faced with the same problem, the fax number listed is bogus, the real fax # is 1-909-287-0768. I also reported to FBI and BBB.H8P7

- SCS8047| 1 replyFormerly known as CWA, NABSA, & Claims and Benefits Management (CBM) When things get hot they change the name. Association for Lifestyle Reform is just the latest name that Mr. Brad Wessler uses to hose the public. If you feel that you have been victimized by this company, call your State Department of Insurance, and Your Attorney General's Office. Mr. Wessler is licensed by the California Department of Insurance. You may wish to complain to your elected officials.

- Jacquelyne| 3 replieswe recv'd the packet. when we realized that the company was bogus we called to cancel. thats when the representative refused to put me on the line with a manager claiming he was the manager now. Then decided to call me white trash and say he was blocking my number from the call center. thankfully the 324.00 wasnt withdrawn yet. I am PISSED. i want to get to the bottom of this.

- Dean PThis "health plan" solicitation was received via FAX. The coverages were entirely misrepresented in the flyer and any calls to the service line are skillfully handled by agents intent to deceive with incorrect, vague or unsupported answers. They refer you to the booklet and the items are not there.
In attempting to cancel, I am getting the same run-around others are claiming on this site.- Call type: Fax
- Pat replies to Jacquelyne| 2 repliesJacquelyne,
Be glad that you got the packet first! My husband received a fax about this "program". We cannot afford regular medical insurance, and his employer no longer has medical coverage, so we decided to check it out. "Danny" assured my husband that it was medical insurance. My husband gave him his debit card number and they withdrew the $324.00, saying we would get the insurance card & packet within 10 days - 2 weeks.
What we got was a "sample" benefits pack, showing plan 100, 300, and 500. Along with that, we got a form to fill out indicating which plan we wanted. The original fax said "$25 office visits", the packet said plan 100 would pay $25 per office visit. It stated it was a medical discount package, nothing was said about insurance.
We went to our bank, and closed out the account after our banker found out that it was nothing but a scam. Still we're out $324.00, and I still have no insurance! - JJ replies to MikeIs this a valid Health Insurance Plan
