I was recently called by this number, the people stated they were a finance service. The company claims that they work with your credit card company to lower your high intrest charges. They get paid by charging your credit card you are trying to lower with a $990.00.(for services and a computer program they send to your house. (it is most likey a program that will wipe out all the information on your computer) At the time all I was thinking about was how much $ I could save on interest. They record you approving charges on your credit card acct. and the fact that you want their services. They give you online account and password so you can give them your credit card # and other secured infromation like SSS# etc. They tell you their customer service is only open 10am to 6pm est. But they were willing to call me after 6pm, to make a call to my credit card company. I called them to say I don't want there services. The online website is also fishy. Everywhere you click it is to purchase their promgram or to update personal or financial information only. I have taken steps to protect myself. I should have hung up. I wanted to believe in the services their were offering so I could reach my financial goal faster. I hope this helps someone avoid the stress I have and am still going though.

Anything that they are charging you to do "with" your credit card company can be done for free by your request. You could have accomplished the same thing by calling the company on your own and asking for a lower rate.
It's totally a scam, trust me I have seen the effects.

This just happened 2 days ago to my grandmother.  They refuse to take the charges off the account.  I advise anyone to report this to your CREDIT CARD COMPANY and they will remove it. They did for her.  Report these people to the BBG of Atlanta. We were told by Mastercard they are not even in the county.  ATLANTA is just a FRONT. BEWARE.

Hello! If it was so easy for you to get the banks to lower interest rates, than over 1 million americans wouldn't declare bankruptcy every year. The financial consultants advise members to send back the financial analysis asap if you don't follow directions you wont get results! Skeptics are so worried about the fee that you don't even take the time to allow them to show you the savings that they garuantee. Please don't be mistaken this is a business that is selling you a product, that's why there is a fee. Here's a reality check! nothing in this world is free.  If this was a scam don't you think they would have been shut down by now, they have been in business for eight years!

hello readers and callers. People that have received calls from "hello financial services are you responding to the lower interest offer" is that the annoying sound you here. Believe it or not readers i was once a rep for financial services/clear breeze solutions. Truthfully all employees are paid off a commission and that means however meaning credit cards you can pull and they qualify and have at least between $749-990!!!in avaiable credit on your card. all the rep is suppose to is pull the credit cards and get the info by calling the credit card company then the customer is placed onn hold for several min while the customer waits on another as* hole to get on the phone and tell these customers, now im going to charge your credit card. Personally if they were to call me i would hang up because i dont like giving out info to people that are not my credit cards.I had to leave for one i got tired of people yelling and cussing me out everyday. The managers would say make your money, dont take the calls personal, blah, blah,blah.... I hated it dont know whether its legit or not because we were not even allowed to give the name of the company. But to all those that have become a member of Clear Breeze Solutions i wish you well.

I feel the same way.  I should have never agreed to their program.  All I have is $990.00 more in debt.  They were unable to lower my finance charges which they promised.  The only thing they came up with was make the same payments until my accounts are paid in full.  They say that that is saving me thousands of dollars.  I had tried to cancel within 3 days before I received my initial packet since it took 7 days before I received anything.  They told me I couldn't cancel. I have turned them over to the Better Business Bureau.  I am not sure if that will do any good or not.

Call your credit card company that they charged the $990.00 to and dispute the charge.  Make sure you also alert you state attorney general to this company.

I was called by these people and actually listened to them. - Crazy...  I finally decided that I did not feel at all comfortable with their story and asked to NOT be called ever again -- this was at about 7pm.  They tell you that their business hours are from 10am - 6pm.  My first call came through at about 6:30 and then after I told them NO, they called back about 7pm and I told them again, NO, they they called again about 7:30.  Then, they called me once again at 10:30pm -- guess their business hours go beyond 6pm !!!  They told me that the call would take 2 minutes and I was on the phone for nearly l/2 hour before hanging up.  They keep calling back.  Don't get involved with this outfit.  Got to be a scam.

I was called by this number on 3/5/08@ 6:35 pm. was told that they were a finance company that would work to lower your current intrest rate on your credit cards. The caller identified thier self as Diendra Halliburton. ID# 8456. Said I had to owe at least 4000.00 to quallify for this program, kept me on the line saying they were checking my payment info. said i couldn't have any late payments on my card in the past six months. asked for the phone # on the back of the credit card to call the credit card company. Said that I had a good payment record and would have no problems qualifing for this program. It all sounded legitamate. called the credit card after I went on line to check this company out. tried to stop the transaction. was told by the credit card company that i had to wait until it was a real trasaction before I could despute it. They kept me on the phone for a very long time.
