Received a ROBOT call from this number, claiming to be some sort of "D.C." collection agency, attempting to reach someone named Ray Kaylo.  We have had this telephone number since 2009 and we have NEVER even met anyone named Ray Kaylo.  The robot call droned on and on and arrived at the conclusion that if we had NOT answered yet and told them they we were NOT Ray Kaylo, then we must be Ray Kaylo!  Of course, the call came in while we were away from home, so the only "person" who was "agreeing" to be "Ray Kaylo" was our answering service.  We figure it is some sort of collection agency scam but we are not sure what type of scam it would be.

Robo call, looking for someone named Rae.  Left a message, saying that if you are NOT Rae, you should push a certain number.  These calls come in either very early in the morning or very late at night, and there is usually no one available to actually take the calls.  So, of course, these people are leaving their message with an answering machine.  We don't answer their calls, even to tell them that we do not know this "Rae" person.  We have heard that people who answer calls like this are just putting themselves on a "sucker" list.  All of our phones are listed with the DO NOT CALL Registry, and we have reported this number because these people spend so much time calling again and again.

Is this another line for Stellar Recovery?

Apparently known for trying to collect very aged accounts.

Got a call From this number,   asking for my last 4 digit of social security number.

I got a call from an Andrew Miller from DC collection agency saying that if I am [my first name and maiden name] and continue to listen to the message, then they are assuming I am that person.  He left a message on my cell phone, and I figured it was a scam, especially since I have always paid all of my bills and have great credit.  I wish people would get real, decent, honest jobs.  So sad (and annoying for us!).  I wonder how he got my number since I, too, was already on a Do Not Call list.  I signed up for it again though in hopes of stopping any future attempts.

State they are BC Debt Collector and do not have info, they ask me to provide my info. Scam I do not have outstanding bill.

Called as BCS debt collection. Scam since I don't owe any debt. caller should be treated as fraudster and prosecuted.

Message saying from a debt collector from vet associates. Always pay my bills. Did not return call

Message from BC collectors with this call back number. Left no looking for such and such person, no reference number or account number...screams scam to me.

Caller named Allen Green with BC services Inc said he had personal information for me but needed my last 4 digits of SS I refused and I told him to send me something through mail. He said he needed my mailing address and I also refused to give. I also don’t have any outstanding debt. SCAM!!

Also calling themselves Leasing Services

Called saying they were from B.C. Services saying this message is from a debt collector. Didn’t give any info such as who they were calling for, other than a request to return call. I did not return the call. I don’t have any outstanding bills and pay all of mine on time and have good credit as well. Caller ID: 877- 383-9784

They wouldn't say why they were calling unless I provided a date of birth. Hung up and blocked the number.

Trying to reach my daughter without explanation.  Wanted me to provide information on her.
