Left a message stating they were from Access Recovery

I am a day sleeper, and these guys have woken me up by calling me at 10 a.m. for three mornings now. There is no caller ID and I don't take calls that are unidentified, so I don't know who they are or why they are calling.

They've called me a total of 40 times, usually leaving voicemail messages. I caught the phone once and told the caller to stop calling me after we both agreed they had the wrong number. She stated that she could not stop the calls from coming and hung up on me. I called the number back and the person told me it was "Access Recovery" and if they had the wrong number then it was up to me to fax this company my name, email, phone number and all other information for them to stop the calls. I told her that it was not my problem, they just need to stop calling. I told the operator my phone is on the do not call list, and she claimed their company is exempt from the do not call list. I told her I would have my attorney send her a cease and decist, she said that would be fine since it would have all of my personal information on the court order. This after making it clear they are calling the wrong number.

Clearly they want your info o take money from you

I got 3 calls today where they hung up on me. I called back it was why not lease it sears looking for my husband. I said  I will leave a message but don't call and hang up on me again.

This number is for "Why Not Lease It" they make short term loans to people and are trying to collect money.

I have been getting calls from this number, and also from the suspiciously similar 877-965-8785. They just call and hang up, or leave a blank voice mail.

I got two more calls from this number again today!!! They just let it ring twice, and then hang up.
