this is direct energy using the toll free service

so how do we get them to stop calling. They call my house and my fax every day!

how do you get them to stop calling?  they call my home number at least three times a day!  Hasn't Direct Energy already been in trouble for worrisome marketing techniques?

These guys call and wake up my night shift husband three times a week,, I have been so rude to them,and explained that we do not pay our own utilities, yet they continue to call.

This company Direct Energy, should not be confused with Direct Energy Regulated Services. They are in competition with Direct Energy Regulated Services and want you to sign a contract with them. D.E.R.S. do not use contracts.

They call me for days on end.  I eventually give up and answer.  I tell them I'm not interested, they ignore me and last time ended up having some Jamaican woman yell at me.  So, I very calmly and sternly told her to remove me from the call list and hung up.  Guess what, it's been a month and sure enough, I came home today to the new round of calls!!!

They call 4 times a day at least and once I answered in a weird voice just to annoy them and they still keep phoning!!!

These people seem like scam artists. This number has called my house EVERYDAY atleast 2 times a day, First they wanted my credit card information, because apparently my windows xp secuirty was outdated and they needed me to give my information to them in order to get it fixed,  GUESS WHAT, i dont run on xp. Then 2 days later they call my house saying they are calling for the gas and heating utilities. again needing my credit card information.

They have called me at least 2-3 times a day for the last 3-4 months & saying that they are calling for electricity.  They want me to sign a contract for better utility rates.  I told them that I am having family issues and that I didn't have time to deal with them & they are still calling.

I called back and complained , ask to be put on the  do not call list , they said they hve had a computer error with that , if you continue to recieve calls ask to speak to there supervisor and tell them that you have askrd to be put on the do not call list , and you no longer would like to recieve these calls .

We get about half a dozen calls from this number per day, and when we answer, there's nobody on the line, and the other end just hangs up.  It might be that they're trying to fax my home number.

It's thoroughly annoying.

I recieve at least 3 phone calls from this number (877-389-9409) each day.  When i pick up nobody ever answers.  This is very very frusterating and i would like it to stop

We hav been receiving several calls every day for weeks.  We have told them we are not interested and are now telling everyone we know not to deal with Direct Energy (not the same as Direct Energy Regulated Services)!!!!!!  These people are the worst telemarketers in the world!  How do they expect to get anyone interested in dealing with them when they create a desire in you to rip your phone out of the wall!

These people call all the time and they are very annoying. I've asked to be removed and they refuse to listen - there is being persistent and then there is stalking.

Could we call the police to stop these harassing calls, they do in the US.
