- Frank Fern| 13 repliesThis company sucks ..... They promise they can take care of any item on your credit report report which is not true. I have two dismissed bankruptcies they said they can take off, well after six months they are still there and I've found out that the law states bankruptcies will ot come off for 7 years.... Thats it. I have spent the last 5 years rebuilding my life, it's been hard but I did it. The last thing IO needed was to get ripped off by these jerks.

- Jason replies to Frank Fern| 1 replyI don't have any bankruptcies and they have been successful in getting many entries off my report. They can't fix everything but certainly they have been somewhat successful for me. If you have late pays, slow pays, even judgments, they can work with those. **I have no other connection with this company besides being a client**
- Chad replies to Frank Fern| 2 repliesI have been a client of lexington law for about 1 year and they have takken of about 13 items that had lat payments on them. I am lovin it.
- Jeff replies to Chad| 1 replyI have used them for about 6 months, was happy with my results.
Just throwing that in there.
:) - MichelleI have used them as well with results within 6 months. Good results for me.

- ThunderRoad replies to Frank FernLexington Law specifally DOES NOT promise to remove everything. They are very clear.
- Kats_MeowThis company has called numerous times without leaving a message on my cell phone. Lexington Law and there services were cancelled 6mths ago and they continue to solicit me via my cell phone. I have now saved there numbers, as DO NOT ANSWER!

- rc| 2 repliesI hired them several months ago- they stated that they would send letters to the credit bureaus disputing item on my credit report. I have since received letters from 2 out of the 3 credit bureaus stating that letters were received however they were not in the proper format or follow the proper procedure for dispute and that I should be concerned that this was an attempt to gain my personal information and that I might be a victim of identity theft.
I have tried to call to cancel their services and I have been repeatedly given number that do not work or I keep getting transfered to the "cancellation department" and shortly there- after the call is "lost."
I canceled the charges thru my bank.
good luck- but you are better off researching your credit and writing letters yourself- it will actually save you time and a headache- Caller: Lexington Law
- Happy clientI used Lexington Law and they removed 14 negative items from my credit reports. It did take two years but the end result was worth the wait. I now have a stellar credit rating with four credit cards that I essentially started from scratch with. Now a colleague in my office is working with them and last week received the first deleted item. I say hang with them they are good people and do bring results eventually

- Lisa replies to Frank FernI am in my second month with Lexington, and between my husband and I, we have had 7 negative items removed so far. They don't promise anything. To the OP, if you say you were promised ANYTHING, it most likely means that you simply heard what you wanted to hear and then decided to blame someone else when you didn't get the results you wanted. They are wonderful!!
- johnnytune| 1 replyLexington Law doesn't promise anything, no. They have, however, gotten several things off of my credit report (and my wife's) and I've been happy with the results. One note, though: I also did some of the legwork myself and got just as much removed for free as I did with Lexington at $80 a month. They are very slow and only work on a few things at a time. They are also not responsive at all when you have questions, at least in my experience.

- Satisfied CustomerI have used Lexington law for about a year. They do work. I have had lots of items removed. It does take time and patience. If you have any questionable items or items that are not yours dispute them first on your own and sign up once resolved. You do become less creditable to the Bureaus so get those out of the way. Their ability to answer your questions is not very good. All responses to questions are canned and very sales oriented to convince you to stay with the program. I have asked 2 or three questions at one time or very close together by e-mail. The Reponses were so canned I could not tell which response answered which question. I would recommend them with the understanding of how they work. They just dispute everything. I had several items I selected to not be disputed because I was paying them off in collections and they were disputed anyway. I did have a lot of legitimate negative items removed.

- Satisfied Military Veteran| 1 replyHere the deal - ALL three credit bureaus are relatively mindless entities that don't give a crap about life's hardships or extenuating circumstances that impact one's ability to pay a bill (like being stationed in Iraq and busily preoccupied with survival and not getting killed). Most of my credit issues evolved around reassignments abroad, war and hardship situations. So far, Lexington Law has been of great assistance to me. The credit companies have to be continuously hammered with disputes and protests over and over in order to finally get some results. That's basically their strategy, and it works over time. I'm glad I can afford to pay someone to help me with this horrendous debt and credit system we are all forced to have to live with in this country.

- Fannie replies to JeffLexington Law has helped me remove negative items from my credit.... it is all worth it.
- single afamerican unemployedmomI have been using Lex Law for 1 month and have had at least 4 negative items removed from one of the bureaus and 3 off another that had been paid and not yet removed i tried doing it myself but with little or no results. They did state that many of the items could be taken care of but unlikely that all items would be taken care of. My credit score has already improved!

- Oil CEO| 2 repliesLexington Law Firm is the best. I have used them about 1 year. A few months in 2007, then again this year. In that time they have gotten 99 negative things off of my reports.

- davidutefanafter about six months using Lexington, I have spent about $550 to raise my credit score about 10 points. That doesn't seem like much of a value to me. My score is not horrible but could use some improvement. As far as I can tell, their service includes sending challenge form letters to your creditors about once a month.
