They call, I answer, they hang up. WTF?

I called the number back. It answers " Thank you for calling the March of Dimes. We are sorry we missed you"

Several calls.  They don't even have the right name.

If this is March of Dimes, they sure aren't doing themselves any favors with these type of calls.

Tired of these calls.

The March of Dimes spends way too much money on overhead.

same here... send out dimes... we are in a depression around here... we are luck to pay all our bills... and they have the nerve to call daily several times a day and not leave a message... it was bad enough before the election... now it is even worse with these people... I feel for those that need the help, but we need the financial help to pay our own bills...

Received 4 calls from this number in less than an hour.  I answered each time to tell them to stop calling but no one is on the other end.  Why call in the first place!!

I am on the Do Not Call list.  I am tired of these cals..

I called back.  After listening to the message it says "if you would like more information about our services, press 1"

I pressed one and listened to more recorded stuff.  It says if you would like to end this call press 2 (I think).

Then it says if you would like to not receive any more of this type of phone call press 3.

Then you enter your phone number.  We will see what happens.

They just called, listed as "800 Service". I called the state March of Dimes office and reported this number as well as the three previous 800 Service numbers - 888-571-8697, 866-648-5951, and 866-479-0713 that I had had to place on phone block. I also informed them that the next call would result in no further donations and messages to all I could contact relating the problem with March of Dimes harassment. We'll see.

I want these annoying calls to stop!

Just got a call right this instant while I was online and contemplated picking it up and telling them off right off the bat, but decided against it. March of Dimes only makes things worse for themselves with all these calls. How much money can they possibly make off people who don't know better or are easily guilted into donating? I would think the majority of people are just fed up with these types of calls.

After avoiding the calls for quite a while I finally picked up and was told they are from the March of Dimes, they are not permitted to leave messages and they needed to confirm my number.  I told them that they could continue to communicate with me via mail but if I got 1 more phone call from them I would cut off all financing to them.  The woman was adamant that she was trying to help me...how, I have no idea.

Have been getting calls daily from this number. When you pick up there is nobody there.

Got my first Caller-ID phone a month ago. Having fun seeing what numbers pop up. Got one from 877-401-5695 today. Called it back. It says "Thanks for calling March of Dimes. Sorry we missed you." I get one or two calls per day from numbers listed on this site as March of Dimes. How rude can people get? If big government wants to do one useful thing this year it ought to put MOD out of business. Alexander Graham Bell would be appalled at this misuse of his invention. Come to think of it there's got to be a harassment law these people could be prosecuted with. How about "disturbing the peace?" I need a restraining order put on these bozos.

Just got another call from this number at 8:40AM. It rang about twice and then stopped. Totally outrageous behavior by the callers. Just yesterday I got a mailing from March of Dimes and simply threw it away. No amount of intimidation will ever convince me to donate to this rude organization again. BTW, I'm actually a mild mannered person so this type of response is unusual for me.

Sick and tired of them calling here . Have told them not to call  am on the do not call list and I don't have any money to donate BUT THE KEEP CALLING ANYWAY. This time I was not nice and will continue to get nastier with them.

I get calls from these morons at least 3 times a day. I did go to website as one person suggested and tried the opt out...hasn't worked yet.  Today,I picked up the phone and let my female cockatoo scream into the phone.. a favorite thing of hers to do----maybe they wont call back(?)... but hopefully someone is a bit harder of hearing now!
