They have called me and told me that they have an affidavid and were taking me to court for a debt that I closed out years ago.  Scared the crap out of me.  Tried to work something out with them were I would pay them every week and they told me "We'll see you in court"  Don't know if this is true or not.  I had they same call about 3 months ago with the same thing and never received a summons in the mail.  Has anyone else had problems with this company?  They say they are called Prism Resolutions.

to add more they said that the amount that I paid before to close out the account wasn't to close it out but was put towards the amount owed and that it was never closed.

Had a really rude call saying that I had an unpaid fine. Asked me if my last 4 digits of my social were 1234 and I said no. He says of course you would deny it and basically chewed me out even when I told him I had a common name and he had the wrong one...he finally yelled at me and told me I needed to pay my bills. I called them back and told them to take me off their list and if they were going to chew someone out, they better make sure they have the right person!

Today, my mother got a call from this # saying that I had a court summons issued for dept owed.  The rep said that I should call her back to spare Me the embarrassment that will come.  She left her name and a case # as ref.  I have received no communication in writing, just a call.  I have self with many creditors and my cell # is searchable with my address listed.  Last time this happened, I called and. It turned into a shouting match after I requested to have all that they had in writing.  Never heard from them again.  This is someone new and from reading the posts, it will be the same thing.  I have no summons under my name in my county, I called the courts and verified.  This is more then likely a scam and a waste of time.

They are a scam do not call them back,  provide their name and number to the Attorney generals office.  Any reputable company would provide their companies ID and other important information.
Anyone can get an 877 number.

This individual ( Nick Grammarise ) claims my mother inlaw owes them money.We have repeatedly asked him to stop clalling this number and informed him that this number is on the national do not call list, And to correspond by mail only, to no avail. At this time we have never recived any mail from them regarding the supposed bill she owes.
Seems like Its a scam.

THEY CALL THEMSELVES A TEAM when really they are waiting for you to call so that they can beat you up about a debt that has been owed... they cant wait to get you on the phone and increase your balance. I have read all these complaints and noticed all the similarities. Shawn miller does the paralegal work for the company I am guessing, or maybe he just sits there next to you on the phone waiting for a person to actually call in or answer then he lays it on them. I have personally sat in on 2 conversations in the same day with a SHAWN MILLER at turning point resolutions and he said the same things both times  only the second time he was MIKE ROGERS... seriously what kind of business allows this to occur?... they are scum dont pay ...

ALL I HAD TO DO was type the company name and all this BAD review showed up.. I hope everyone getting calls from you sees this. I have already filed AG complaints and BBB complaints. Call me again and watch what happens. He said I lived in a consumer friendly state that protects me rights as an individual that owes money. Then in our second conversation as "mike rogers" he tried playing the same card., same voice, same unintelligent vocabulary.

They are calling my home for someone who has  same last name as mine but does not live here.I have called back and ask them to call for me if I owe a debt  and no one else if keep calling i will have to report them.  left his ex. 1014-2679

These people are calling family members telling them that they have an affidivate issue and that they wanted to talk to me and that if I didnt return the call that the police would find me. Report to Attorney Generals Office. Anytime that you get this 877-404-7650 will threaten you with police action.

Prism Resolutions called me about a debt my daughter supposidly owes.  My daughter is 42 years old and doesn't even live in this state. They said they were sending officers to my house to see if my daughter was there. A very rude lady named Heather Sanchez(?)would not give me her company's address. I told her I was going to file a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commision. They are breaking laws. I've asked them to quit calling me. They call every day.

some idiot named John called me a left a message with some crap case number. SCAMMERS will get nothing from me. ive reported you to andrew coumo. you guys were shut down by him under another name back in june. it will happen again, and you will go to prison.

So I am going to start calling these guys on a daily basis, asking for them to pay a debt that does not exist.  I think they need a doese of their own medicine.  I spoke with one lady and she was really rude to me on the phone.  A few days later I posed as my roommate that was "borrowing my phone".  She was not rude at all and gave all information to "my roommate".  Now I am pretty sure that sharing infromation like my SSN and other personal informaiton is defintatley breaking several laws.

these d**** just called me at 8 this morning, i called them back, they said US bank was sueing me, i had to ask them three times what this was concerning BTW, so i said i would deal with us bank directly and then they would put me on a 3 way them. HAHAHAHA!!!!! hell no!! i called us bank, no lawsuit, nothing, they had no clue who prism resolutions was! said they were not suing me and gave me the real debt collector!  prism is a joke, stop trying to scam ppl!!

Called me and said I had a loan from cashnet for the amount of $ 1648.61 would settle for $824.30, not sure if I should give this money to them or not, said they had an affidata against me and they were taking me to court, said they were from New York I live in Pennsylvania, said they cant send me any papers about this matter, they did however fax me a paper stating I would pay them $1648.61, which I did not say I would do. I talked to some Chris Morrow then he transfered me to some Lou guy didnt get a last name, He said I walked into a cashnet place and got this loan, first off there are no cashnet places around where I live, I got the number to cashnet and they said they were an internet based company and someone could of filled out the application online, they said the loan was for $900.00, three years ago, I have never received any papers on this loan, prism resolutions said they didnt have to send me any papers, why all the sudden are they calling me now about a loan 3 years ago that I have know idea about, they had all of my information ss number, email address, phone number, address, everything, I've been seperated from my wife for 3 years dont know if she had went online to get a loan in my name or not, they say its my problem though I have to pay it. How can you possibly get a loan in someone elses name, we had a joint checking account and prism even had that number. Dont know what to do already paying off bills my ex ran up in my name, everywhere I turn they say you were married so its your obligation to pay it, shouldnt there be a law against this? She wouldnt sign divorce papers so I had to wait 2 years to file and get my divorce, which I am in the process of right now, but how can they use your ss number to get things and you end up paying for it cuz you are married? anybody else having these problems? Any solutions?

Had first call today, he slurred the company name so it was unintelligible. Wouldn't state his business unless I identified myself, which I wouldn't do. These pitiful scum obtained my new unlisted number just that fast.   I pray for the day when they lose their attorney general given right to use aliases.   Here's to the day they step in front of a fast moving bus. Oh, he also described Prism as a law firm.  He sounded dumb as a rock.

Received a message saying they were calling in compliance to some federal regulation to notify me regarding some outstanding bill. The male voice said it had "your name and SS#" about some and they were expecting a return call right away. I thought it was funny since 'he' never identified me by name, nor did he mention his name or company, just a phone number. I did try the number to see identify the caller, but was only given a voicemail using a number instead of a name. If this was for real, there would be some identification involved. This is obviously a scam and should be considered a pre-meditated federal crime.

my sister got a phone call saying that they were private investigators looking for me concerning a debt that i had many yaers ago, that was taken care in my personal bakruptcy. they treated me as a criminal and said that i was going to be extradited and tried in court. caugth them lying numerous times and i also think that they might have changed the dates on my report. when asked for the file and reports they said ok. still waiting.....  they have access to our personal information and threaten us. they gave me an account number that i never heard about. are they stealing people's identity? who allows these scum bags to operate? they also gave me other account numbers that don't exist. when i told them for more info, they said no due to the privacy act. so i said give me the bank number, they said no, they would have to see me in court if i wanted to talk to the bank. i wuold also like to add that this forum was very helpful.

left an ominous message and warning for my child who is a soldier in the military, saying, this is mrs. trudeu from prism solutions, sounded like she said "prison solutions" to sound more official?  they gave my childs name, then an alias, a name we have never heard before, no one in our entire family has that name.  

ms trudeu stated she had a situation in her office that needs to be resolved TODAY.  call TODAY if you want to take the only opportunity to resolve this before it goes further!

funny thing is, which really isnt funny, is my childs identity was stolen about 3 years ago, wondering if they have anything to do with it.  unfortunately this happens to many soldiers, which is problematic when they are repeatedly on deployments.

i agree sounds like a scam.  this site has been very helpful so i will be prepared for their next call.  thank you for starting this site.

These people are Crazy! A Mr Walker and Mr Bonds keep calling my business line asking for someone who does not reside or work here! They call like every hr. I have asked them to remove the number, but I am still getting calls.
Mr bonds ext is 1013. Geez....what to do?
