I think they may be legit but I did not like how often they call me.  It has been several months since I first contacted them and they still continue to call me.  Driving me nuts.  I went on their site and Clicked on Contact Us link and told them to stop calling me.

This company called me on my cell from a number 480-612-0777. Identified himself as Sasha Lawrence from Debt Relief and said his co number was 877-409-2246 ext 1192.  He was nervous and asked me a lot of personal and financial info fishing for my Tax records, Bank ID, funds on hand, Credit Card balances, etc.  This person and their criminal partners need to be prosecuted and jailed!!!!!  They prey on people who are about to lose their homes.  Carpetbaging SOB's

They want $4K for prepaid legal aid to assist in getting money for the new loan remodification if you owe more on your home than it is worth.   Hang Up/  Block them.  They will NOT give up.   You can get the assistance from HUD free.

I actually called them from an 800 -353-8705 number I saw on TV.  Said on commercial that Obama new loan modification for those who owe more than house is worth can be re financed.  They take tons of info and offer you 2-4% guranteed.  They said they have a red, white and a blue payment plan for their prepaid legal services in ensure you get some of the money before it runs out at a grand ole fee of $4000

I contact this company in hopes of getting morgage relief from a third party. I had become fustrated with my morgage lender in efforts to work things out with home modification. This company talks good took my information. However there is a catch "fees"- 3,400 dollars and we can negociate for you as a third party with your morgage company. Wow!! This is ovbiously not what I expected. I did not give ya or nay but I did not call again. They WIIL NOT STOP CALLING NOW! It is not a deal this is hell!! I need them to stop with the call tring to get me to pay 900 dollars to get starded promising to get me a standard relief (lower interest rates and lower principle balance. I am not paying for this service because this counseling is offered feer through HOPE allowance. Please stop bugging me please!!!

I have been dealing with this company since 10/30/2009.  Do not use this company for anything!  They will take your money.  Once the company has your money, you are unable to get a hold of anyone.

Discount mortgage took $1300.00 of my money for doing nothing and have refused to refund any of it....stay away from DMR or you will be sorry!

They took our money too, and now we can't get through to this phone number. It says this number has not been assigned.

The Attorney General's Office is now suing them for restitution of each person, $10,000 for each crime committed, and reimbursement of the AZ Attorney Generals prosecution costs.  They took money from me and thousands of other people.  I have filed with EVERY organization I can think of and have several complaints on boards and forums on the internet.  Just Google Discount Mortgage Relief.  You can also look at all their complaints on Complaintsboard.com  or Ripoffreport.com.  You can see mine and some helpful info under Jaspurr28.  It has been about a year now since I filed with the AG.  I talked to them yesterday and the prosecution is still going strong.  They were raided in April 2010 and prosecuted in June 2010.  You might not be able to get a hold of anyone as the business is not functioning, and is dealing with their "hopeful" conviction.  I dealt with Tiffany Patton.  She is one I hold responsible for some lies and deceit, and Helaine Cohen - another one I know is responsible for more lies and deceit.  The ultimate con artists of the company handing this down to everyone is John Common and Bruce Spurlock.  The smart employees that knew this company was unethical, quit when they found out.  I hope the rest are prosecuted along with the two main idiots that started this whole mess.
