- rmoore615 replies to Robyn| 2 replieshave had exactly the same experience, I called back, they wanted my number to verify that I was calling them, told them where to go!!!!
- Annoyed in Ottawa replies to rmoore615| 1 replyIt's IQOR - a collection agancey. They called us 3 times tonight and disconnected without actually leaving a message. I didn't know who it was so I called back and blasted them when I realized they were looking for someone who hadn't lived with us for over a year and a half.
- Robyn replies to Annoyed in OttawaThank you at least I know who it is now and obviously they have the wrong household for us too...wonder if they are just randomly calling #'s.
- very annoyedThis number is registerred to IQOR Canada. It is a collection agency for a number of companies...including Virgin Mobile
- NestorThis number is from iQor Canada, is a collection agency. My wife received a ridiculous amount of calls from this number into her cell phone and when she decided to pick up she ended up crying and holding our daughter tight wishing for me to come back home. The idiot rep who call her never identified or said why were they calling for, instead they threaten and yell that "we are going to enter your apartment and things will get dirty if you don't pay". When I arrived I lookup the caller ID and call them back, the stupid lady that answered say they were from iQor and that they were looking for a "Louis", I told her they got the wrong number and that we have had this cell phone for 3 years already (Bell Mobility number). She said they would just take it off their list. But I wanted to talk to the idiot that got my wife into a state of shock and the "best they could do for me" was to give me their address to send a written complaint. Here's the info if anyone is interested:

We are thinking on going to the police and/or talk to a lawyer. I don't give a piece of dog poo what their business is or who they are looking for, they should not threaten anyone.- Caller: iQor Canada

These people have been calling my number relentlesly looking for someone on behalf of virgin mobile. As well virgin mobile has been harasing me. apparently over $20. owed by someone who gave them my number. I have told them time and time again I am not that person, I have not or ever have had any dealing with Virgin mobile,. nor will I ever. I have told them I work nights and calling me with something that does not concern me at 8:00 am in the morning is like calling someone at 2:00am. yet for the past 8 months they have been relentless and continue to be so.- Caller: IQOR

- AnnoyedSame thing happening to me. Rogers mobile user getting calls asking for a Megan (I'm a man) and not Megan, who owes on a Virgin Mobile bill. I think Virgin should be held repsonible for this harassment. Has anyone tried going through them?

- BUBBAYes I did and the Man I spoke to said he doesn't know why IQOR Canada is calling me because Virgin Mobile does not have any record of me ever having a Virgin Mobile account let alone owing them any money then he asked me why thy are calling me.... which is what I've being trying to tell IQOR Canada when they call me one or two and sometime three times a day. So I called Virgin Mobile a week ago and again got the same information from a woman I spoke to "We don't have any record of me ever having a Virgin Mobile account." Know kidding lady that's why I'm calling.

- dadudeThis is outrageous!!! someone should report this company and the harassment they put people through... first of all, how do they obtain their information, secondly who has the right to call someone on consistent basis time and time again without their consent or any relations to that person whatsoever.

I got another phone call 3 minutes ago. It had better be the last one. - Very AnnoyedPeople from this number keep calling and asking for someone with the same name as my father. Unfortunately, they can't seem to understand that my FATHER was not born in 1990. Therefore, they have the wrong person.
I have just sent an e-mail to them, so hopefully we will stop getting these annoying phone calls at every hour of the fricking day.- Caller: iQor
