This harassing caller just contacted our home number for a legal matter regarding someone whom we only know by name. This other person has never lived in our home nor is he related in any way to us. He threatened legal action against us as well as this other person and refused to give his address. I am reporting this man to the PA State Police and the State Attorney Generals office directly as well as any other office that is responsible for this type of crime.

If you do not owe any debts, you should file a complaint with your state's Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection.

i too, received phone calls on oct.12,13, and 14 2011.  they were very intimidating , rude and very unprofessional.  i was called a liar, (for saying that an associate of the atty's called me a stupid ass), i was told to turn up my beltone (because i couldnt hear what the man was saying). these people had me in tears by the time  i was off the phone. were constantly hanging up on me midsentence, kept screaming at me and had me shaking like a leaf on an aspen tree in colorado!  these people WOULD NOT give me an address in which to send a payment , only that they would accept western union and moneygram!

These people called my mother and had her in tears. The guy actually told her he hoped she dies! Then he contacted me and my husband's cell phone and said that my mother is garbage. I am reporting them immediately.
