I was called at work regarding a loan I did not take with instant cash usa which  never took out I have applied on line for one loan company but has been paid up this guy who barely spoke english said he was the attorney generals office   some one needs to stop this madness

Called my cell phone a couple minutes ago.
No message left, just silence on other end when I checked voice mail.
Not the first time this has happened either. Called recently, with
the same results. A silent voice mail, that is wasting my cell minutes every time
I have to check and listen to messages.

this is a debt recovery place so if this number is calling you that means you have a negative balance out there with a credit union or car or other loan place.

Or not, or they are calling the wrong number, or they are scammers, which is 100% true in every case involving a debt collector.  But thanks for letting us know this this number is being used by these crooks, that way I can develop a report telling people everything they need to know to sue these crooks into oblivion.  For starters, I see they are located in Wyoming and have a B- rating with the BBB.

I also notice that they are using a spoofed number to collect, which is against the law.

They called me saying I took a loan out which I did not. This stuff has to stop. The literally called back to back.

They called six times in a row and hung up on me when I answered.
So the seventh time I didn’t answer, they left a vm saying I’m being civilly sued in a county I don’t live in.
I won’t call them back as if it was legitimate they’d mail it, and I’ve never done anything to get sued over. (Have I?)
Sounds like phishing scammers to me.
