They called yesterday 2/19 and said it was All State they had a claim to discuss.  I do not have All State so I hung up.  They called again today, I let it go to voice mail, they again said it was All State.  But since I have had no dealing with All State I did not call them back 877.418.3931.

Got call from them twice, first time they left voice mail saying they were Allstate and had claim filed against me and to call number.  I did not and have since hung up on them whenever they call.

I received a phone call from the same number today and they stated they were Zimmerman and Associates and had paper to serve me at work or home.  However, I do not owe anyone anything that would be outstanding as I am in good standing with all of my creditors.  Anyone knows that when someone is going to serve you with papers they don't usually give you warning they just do it.  I did not call them back and do not intend to.  I have reported them to my local district attorney's office.

They have called me 3 times saying they have judment against my name and ss number unlees i call them back in one week they would be out to my house and job.  I got the same call 2 weeks ago but anotherbperson saying they were from zimmerman and associates.  They are scammers.

I got a call too...they are using my name and the name of the mother of my kids...I will take heed.
