This call is done in a threatening manner - saying this is serious and is regarding documents returned to my financial institution and they leave a call back number.  I called back to tell them NOT to call my cell phone.  The man that answered that number (877-429-4151) claimed he didn't know what I was talking about.
There is NO company name.

I just got a message from them stating this is serious and regarding a returned item from my bank. They didn't state my name or any case number but stated I MUST call them back.  When I did, I got voice mail.  I checked my bank accounts. Nothing has bounced.

Threating phone calls about pending civil suit, very rude. After doing online researches found it, its a debt collection agency. They are calling every family member I know and leaving these threating voice mails from blocked phone numbers.  (877-429-4151)

family members received phone calls saying this company is looking or me. When they speak with my family members they tell them that there is warrants out for my arrest and they are going to revoke my license if I dont call them back. Also, when I ask for statements showing what im paying on one person tells me  that they are mailing statements to my home and when they spoke with my husband they told him that they sent an email statement. I never gave them my e mail.

I know its a debt collector, i am sure its for one of my in laws.  They will call with the number 716-298-7542 and leave a message saying that an item has been returned from my bank and either my laywer or I need to call them back.  I am not calling back since I have over draft protection at my bank, and I dont have any returned items.  THey are doing this so you will be scared and call them thinking your going to jail, and from what I have read, is illegal.  Today they called and left a message just saying this time its a business matter...last week, it was the check.  Niagra Restitution Services
