I got a few calls from this number, but didn't answer not knowing it.  No voicemails were left.

Bank of America Home Loans. It is an automated recording. They are calling for someone who no longer has this number. I have talked to a rep multiple times to have them stop calling. They continue to call.

This number is supposedly from Bank of America calling about a loan modification. However, the messages left said to call 866-636-1096. The problem with this is that TWO different message codes were left about the same loan modification. The houses was close to foreclosure a few months back, but a loan modification came through back this last December, 2012. After three months of one-time payments (which was done), the loan payment was lowered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Therefore, there WOULD BE NO NEED for the bank to call!!!!!!!!!!!!
When a house is in foreclosure, anyone can go to the courts get information regarding impending foreclosures and the information about the person i.e. name, phone number, etc. These people are "prank debt collectors" and I have reported them to Bank of America and Do-not-call registry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS NOT BANK OF AMERICA!!!! I finally called the number left on voice mail - 866-636-1936 - and it asked for a messgage code!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 866 number is an answering machine number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bank of America sends communication regarding loan modification through the mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people are able to get any information they want an/or need by going to court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The loan modification went through back in November stating that all that was needed three months of on time payment and the loan would go down again!!!!! (which it did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
If they call you, DO NOT ANSWER, JUST REPORT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DIdn't answer, but they left a message to call that 866-636-1936 number and left a message code.  I do have a BOA loan, but anytime they call and leave a call back number, you get to talk to a person immediately without any callback message numbers.
