They said it was CRS a debt collector...

I got a call from this.  Is this a scam???

This number keeps calling and says it is a Legal Office and they are going to go out to my employer.

I got a call from these people. I think it's nothing more than an aggressive collection tatic. They even told me i had a warrant out for my arrest which tuned out to be false.

I got a call first one said for THEY WERE COPS next call going to my work place and my home. they were yelling at me so i hung up.. I was ready the next time they called i ask them to hold on then i said are you still there they said said yes ok what were you saying they started talking i.was saying ok, ok,,yes, yes then i let them have it then i asked can you hear me now I didn`t hear any thing back so i guess they got my message. you see i picked uP a starter air horn and gave it a long blast best $15.00 iv`e ever spent.

called my family and l/m stating that i was being prosecuted for fraudelent check charges- this was regarding an online payday loan i took out a while back- last i heard there is NO DEBTORS JAIL!!!

I just received a call about an hour ago, on my cell phone, then at my work stating that they want to serve a summons on me.  They know my address, how stupid.  I threatened them that I am going to take legal action against them for calling my place of employment.

My employer got a call the persom said they needed to serve me with a summons and needed my phone number.  My employer is smarter then that so they got the number for me to call them back.  My employer called me and gave me the number.  I called them gave the case number they wete talking about, they connected me with someone.  I asked what was the company name I was calling they got ignorant and said you  should know you called us.  I then told them that I had gotten the number from my employer and that is why I was calling them.  They still did not tell me who they were, instead started to say that I was in big troble that I had 4 cases against me for bad checks.  I again asked who they were and what checks they wete talking about, they gave the name of the deb collectors they are payday loan companies.  They also said that if I did not cooperate with them I would be arrested for check fraud.  I said yeah OK see you later.

this number keep calling saying they are calling about fraudulent checks? i think they are scam didn't even know what name  to ask for!

Victoria Light is working for CSR out of Texas. She is a freak. She called family and someone I haven't talked to 20 years and said I used them for references. She is fraud on that. I will get a hold of her and let her know what the Federal Trade Commission laws are. I'm reporting the company and her. This is crazy. She called someone I don't know and would never use these people for references. The payday loan laws kick in on July 20, so I assume that is why she is calling. I should get a lot out of this lawsuit.
