- Upset_Father| 4 repliesThese people hired process servers to serve me at work when they couldnt serve me at home! All they had to do was contact me isntead of coming to my work. They claim they didnt have my information.....Is our legal system that screwed up that they couldnt get my contact information!? Im over it, I have a scheduled court date on 2/5/14 for child support now. Im not that far behind I didnt think they could do that, does anyone know how to fight this? Im less than $1000.00 behind and its my understanding that you have to be really far behind for the state to file a complaint against you. Im working on getting caught up but Christmas killed me. If anyone knows what I can do,or an attorney I can contact that does Pro-Bono work for things like these please leave the information in the thread. I have to get this taken care of, if they put me in jail for support I cant work which means I cant get caught up!

- Slighty Irritated| 1 replySomeone called form 999-9999. She said she was a process serving companies. And I was being served. I should call another number to get more info.....1ST RED FLAG. I called and this guy asked me all these questions about me and my info.Never mentioning what this is about. 2ND FLAG! So I stopped him short and said until you identify who you are and who or what you represent. I'm not telling you anything else. Then he said I have a delinquent balance at a bank I never heard of! As of Matter of Fact that bank is not even in my state. Then he got rude because I laughed. He really got upset then, and started telling me all the info and documents he had. i told him If I get some "orders" then Ill show up, and they better have damn good evidence proving it was me, i want pics, videos, Handwriting analysis, everything. He was furious! I laughed again. I told him, Sorry But you not talking with a dummy!, right before I hung up. SOMETHING DEFINITELY IS FUNKY ABOUT THEM!

- School of Hard Knocks| 2 repliesThey just called me from a 999-999-9999 phone number.....i first found this on 800notes.com, then i called just to see exactly what was going on. I am a law abiding citizen so I was a bit concerned. I found that they did have a case of mine in there office and the the ball was in motion for me to be sued. The gentleman I spoke to was very courteous, I believe his name was Dan Walker, and sent me some documentation so I could be sure they werent scammers. Once I had gotten the documentation I called him back and they let me settle for half of what I was being sued for. I'm no dummy either, and I know the legal process, so they couldve easily taken me to court....but they pulled some strings to settle my case outside of court with their client. Ok in my book. I already have one judgement on my record, so I am just glad I could bypass another.

- Donald Martin -Goldberg & Peretti| 9 repliesAfter hearing of the slanderous remarks being made about our company on this website from another consumer, I decided to do some research and look into this. After reading this thread, I am thoroughly astounded. There are many individuals on here stating that our company is a scam, however, you can easily look up our business, our business license, our location, etc. We can be found online at our website, www.goldberg-peretti.com. We pride ourselves on following all laws and regulations and providing filing & mediation services that go above and beyond for all clients. We use a third party to handle the documentation of the services we provide, as well as make courtesy calls on our behalf, and I believe that this may be where some of the frustration on this thread is stemming from. That Company's name is Document Delivery USA, and you can also easily find the same information for them. I realize that in today's economic climate, not every consumer is inclined to handle there monetary obligations with delinquent accounts, however, this does not constitute the slanderous remarks being made about a company on this thread that strives very hard to not only meet the consumer's expectations, but to far exceed them.

- scott replies to Donald Martin -Goldberg & PerettiYou are full of it. You have been huntington filing services, harbor filing services, then golden lakes investments, and now this scam company. You just fold one company when the complaints come in and start another yet you have to work quickly before the state of California moves in. Scumbag.
- scottBTW their address listed on their website is a UPS store.
- Call type: Debt collector
- ConcernedDocument Delivery called. Said to call Goldberg, Peretti LLC. She would not give me her companies contact information.
I found out that Document Delivery's phone number might be 855-949-9640. I call it and it said "This number is not currently set up to rec calls.
Goldberg, Peretti's website is very basic.
Seems like this is might be a debt collection company; putting the address:
1191 Magnolia Ave. Suite #D-217 Corona, CA 92879
in dogpile located a UPS store in California.
The UPS website is:
http://corona-ca-1876.theupsstorelocal.com/
The "217" is probably a PO Box in the UPS store. The physical address of this business is unknown.
I used: https://www.intelius.com/reverse-phone-lookup.html
and neither number was valid.
Hope this helps.- Caller: Goldberg,Peretti LLC

- Mary Seger| 2 repliesClaimed were process servers with threats of futher action and left a phone number, etc. Did not even ask name of who they were talking to. Someone is home at all times, no process servers have been here. Scam caller.
- ndg replies to Donald Martin -Goldberg & PerettiCalled stating they were process servers. They wanted a $1,400 payment for a debt that was originally $87.00. This goes back to 2005. I believe that this debt is several years past the statute of limitations. Further, they threatened that if a payment wasn't made by 3:00 (of the same day of the first phone call) they going to take cars, bank account, and garnish wages. Unless followed through by the date and time stated, this constitutes THREATS. As far as I am concerned this whole encounter should be reported to the authorities, both the police, and the bar association.
And the company, in this reply to posts, has the nerve to call truthful reporting of facts, by people this company has had contact with, SLANDER!!! Is he joking? It is my personal hope that the next reply by this company is sent by them from jail - ndg replies to Mary Seger| 1 replyPlease, please, please.
Can anyone tell me who to report this company to?
