i never go on line looking for grant fund.i dont evon know how theese people get my name.the call just keep coming.on the letter i have received.important rlease of government funds pending.stamp approved.the is not the first time i never respond to theese letter.my problem they keep calling my house so i went on line to get some answered.

who are these people?

I received a letter in the mail saying APPROVED and to called 1-877-450-6542 and I call the number, all it was a recording saying the phone number is no long in service.
The letter stated that I had 36 hours and when I call to give the release code: who are these people?
