I too had a missed call from this number... the actual number showed up as "unavailable", but they left a message with this number and a reference number. Said they were calling on behalf of the camping/outdoor store, REI.

I've been called twice, they said they were from US Bank

I have received several missed calls from this number.  They never a message until the last time they called.  Her name is Dawn Jones claiming she is from US bank.  sounds like BS to me

This number I believe is Elan Financial Services.  They are a company that sells credit cards on behalf of small banks.

Broken english. Cant pronounce words. Says USBank. No matter how many calls we block 10 more show up

I receive a call from this number too, they told me it was form an application I actually did, from US Bank. They asked me for info but I refuse, when I called back a guy from card processing answer (usually banks has a setting machine that answer) so I asked him what company is this and he tolD me US bank, I hung up and cALLED US bank, they didn't recognize the number, so this is FRAUD, I wish we can report this number, The first number that called was 2012151708, so be careful, never give your info by phone. I wish that this people utilize the same time that they use to plan this and  cheat for something more positive. They don't understand that we also struggle for money? and we try our best to survive.

I received a call and it showed up on my caller ID as U S Bank from a number as 201-215-708, so when I called this number back to see who it was, a recording told me to call 877-452-8557.  So I called this number and it is still a recording and asked me for my account number, this is when I hung up.  Its totally a scam on both numbers,  same people trying to get your information.

This is phishing.  I've been getting calls for the past several days from the 201-215-1708 but they never leave a message.  Last night, my wife answered.  In broken English, the caller claimed to be from USBank and asked for me.  When my wife explained that she too is on our back account the caller got very rude and demanded to speak with me.  (USBank would never be so rude to customers.)  She took down the callback number 877-452-8557 and reference number he gave her.  Both the the 201- and 877- are NOT listed on any of the USBank contact listings.

received letter here saying to call 877-452-8557 from 8am to 5pm CT.  mon thru friday.  no such state abbreviation that we know of.  another scammer wanting personal info.

I received a denial letter for US Bank Credit card with this phone number 877-452-8557 to call back. First, I never applied for a credit card for the last 2 years and so I checked my credit report. Nothing. This number is a scam so they will entice me to call back they can get more info from me.  Scam!

Same.  But it IS on my credit report.  Never applied!!

Got a CC denial letter saying it was from US bank with very incorrect income and housing spending amounts that said to call 877-452-8557 if the information was wrong. Nothing showed on my credit report but I added a fraud alert just to be safe!

I received the letter from these people calling their selves US Bank. I believe it’s a scam. Waited for 30 minutes. Nobody picked up the phone.
