Hmm, got a call from these ???, just got my cell yesterday. How did they get my # already?
Who is this?

Answered but hung up in my ear.  It is NCC Business Services which is a debt collector.  I called the number back.  There is no excuse for hanging up when they have called me.

Left a message with my co-worker. Person's name is "Willie Threats". Said it was regarding a business matter.

I'm assuming it is a debt collector, although the name was not given. The caller's name is suspect to me.

Keeps on calling my office number, but I never answer it because I google the number right away; and comes up as a debt collector.

They are trying to get your money.  Ignore it  and do not let them threaten you.  Screw them!

These rude [***] "computer call" between 8 and 9 PM asking if I am me,put on stupid "dentist chair music" hold and never utter the first human word.They say they are debt collectors,but after a ton of calls I realize that I do not have any debts that are not current and payef on time.Check your caller ID begore you het pussed like I have.

Call ten to twelve times a day at work never leave a message very annoying

I just call them back at the 800 number and wait for the to answer,  I don't say anything , let them keep saying HELLO? until I decide its tiime to HANG UP ON THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!  Its fun!!!!!!!!!!!

They have called me so many times. At first I would not answer. They never leave a voicemail. Then today I answered on first ring and they didn't have time to hang up. Before, they would hang up when I answered. His English was so broken that I could not understand him. Have no idea who he was asking for, but it wasn't Willie Threats. I told him in no uncertain terms to stop calling. Then I reported the calls to National Do Not Call registry. But there is a scam going on. They leave you on hold long enough to hack your cell phone and get your information. So I was told.

Called every day for a while and always hung up when I answered. I called them back today and spoke with a nice girl named Nicole. It's debt collection and they had our business number because of a former employee. She said our number has now been removed from the list and we shouldn't be getting calls any more. Fingers crossed that actually happens. I recommend calling them and respectfully asking that your number be removed.

This time it was "Thomas Jefferson" who called regarding a "business matter." I suspect that is not his real name.

They've called 19 times in the last month on my "VOIP" house phone, and never left a message.  Maybe they *are* listening to the outgoing announcement - if so, they would hear that "if you are known to this phone's owner, please state your name, business and contact information.  If you are a spammer, don't bother, because I won't be calling you back."

Best guess is that my ex has finally burned through her divorce settlement (after 3 years), and her creditors are now looking for $$$ somewhere else.  The judge gave me a "get-out-of-jail-free card" as part of the divorce settlement, drawing the line on my responsibility for her debts as of the settlement date. Despite that, I recently shopped for car insurance, and the insurance company came back and asked me who she and her "boyfriend" were - they were still "linked" to *my* profile somewhere in somebody's computer.  Trying my best to have that linkage removed - but the insurance company refuses to provide the source - and you know how computer data is - once it's in there, it's permanent!  I'm sure these debt-collectors have access to the same bad data, so the fun is just beginning...
