Picked up phone said hello no response only silence

2 calls today but phone goes dead when you answer

called at least 5 times today and twice friday....they need to stop calling. no one answers the phone when you pick up

This # started calling me back in Oct. They stopped for a little over a month and began aghain on Monday. It calls several times a day, sometimes back to back. They never leave a message, and don't say anything when you answer.

I have been getting numerous calls from this number.
Answered it immediately, turns out that it is generated by Dish Network! Was actually able to speak to a rep named Chris

As he explained the reason not answered as others complain, is the phone numbers being called are computer generated, and when one is answered, takes the rep. Several seconds or so to answer,

This number has been harassing me for at least a month.  They start with their calls early & I get at least 5 per day.  I have told them to stop calling & they ignore that request.  Please shut them down.

They call several times a day and when I answer there isn't anyone there.  Very annoying

I just called this number and it is Dish Network..They were calling my number every 1/2 hour.  The rep I spoke to said she would put my number on their do not call list sowe will see what happens..

877-458-6408 phoned six times today.  When we answer, there is no reply.

I called the number back and its Dish Network and they are calling me because I clicked on a e-mail I received from a promo that Dish Network was offering. I looked into it cuz I just moved into a new apartment. I explained to them that its bad business to call someone that many times especially on Sunday. They called this am 10 times. He explained to me that when I clicked onto their site it generated my number into a computer pool which scans automatically and calls until someone answers. Once you answer it takes you out of the "call pool". They have no control on who the computer chooses, they just click a button and wait to get someone on the line and if it goes to v/m then it hangs up and goes to the next number. Over and over again. If you answer them and tell them to put you on the do not call list, they will. Hope this is helpful info. So to sum it up, this call is coming from something you clicked on or opened from an email you received from them.

Has the Dish Network stopped calling yet?

This number has called my cell phone 3 times in the last 2 hours and left no voicemail.  Some people said on here they get your number if you click on something in their email..well i never got any emails from them and did not click on anything and even if i did, my cell number is not even in my email accounts.

tired of these damn calls with no one there.

There are phones out there that will block callers, you simply save the number and add a block to it.  When they call, it immediately dumps the call.

I got at least 12 plus calls from these telemarketers, claiming to be from Direct TV, I have answered everytime they have called and spoke to the Telemarkers, explaining to them I have Direct TV have had it since 1991. Ergo I told them to turn off there system I will be going to U-Verse
