This Company will present themselves as Card Services,1 877-462-5815, promising to negotiate you charge card interest rates. If you call this same number, they will sometimes answer as learn.  They send you a DVD about money management and this is coming from a company called ilearningfoundation, org.
They claim that they have tried to contact you and never do.
I have filed a dispute with my bank and they have not responded to any calls.

They called from another # today, trying to sell me the same service #1 775 219 8813, when I questioned this person about his company, he hung up on me and doesn't answer when I call. Of course his mail box is full.

Waiting for my bank to resolve this dispute.

This company (ilearning Foundation) called me unsolicited (even though I am on a No-Call list). After promising to substantially lower my credit card interest/debt I provided the credit card information. It seemed that once I provided this info. they could not wait to get me off of the phone. I was placed on hold (allegedly for confirmation purposes) for about 10 minutes before AI finally hung up and called back.  On hearing my name and reason for my call, I was again placed on hold indefinitely. On a third callback, I was much less polite and asked for my entire transaction to be cancelled.  The lady that I spoke with told me that she couldn't cancel my order because their computers were now down. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was rudely told that the supervisor "Mary" was tied up on another call. I asked to hold for her but, of course was on hold for another considerable length of time before I had to hang up. Bottom line, I had to call my credit card company (who told me that I was the second one today with a complaint against this company) and cancelled my card (new one issued). If this company is legit, It Is A Terrible Company to do business with!

Received several calls on my recorder finally got caught answering it. The lady I spoke with had all my card info and used Experia Credit as a reference. I did not offer any info to them. When you call this number you get a recording. And so being curious I just hung up not leaving a message.. Then a few minutes they called me back..I asked what company she represented and she hung up. BEWARE.

Got the call from 1-877-462-5815 saying that I had been approved to lower my percentage rate to a 0% apr on  visa, mastercard and American express cards.  Because of my excellent payment history.  After I told them an account number they told me what my balance is on that account. The person identified himself as Robert Gaines ext - 1024 @ card member services. When he asked me for the 3 digit number on the back of my card I hung up. They have tried to contact me 15 times since I hung up the phone and have left messages on my answering machine.  I called my credit card company and reported fraud. They canceled my card and issued me a new one.... Be Very Aware of this Scam.....
