This person keeps calling about paying a loan that I never received, what should I do if she continue's to call????

What exactly did the person say to you?

i receive calls from her along with several nasty messages...how can i report her.

I got a call from this woman too bout a 6 months ago I started paying them too then I got laid off from work and had to cancel my payments and tried to explain that I couldn't afford payment for a few months, bout 2 months ago I got a call saying something bout it was going to court or sum attorney and I just kept ignoring calls from them. Well I just got served a subpoena yesterday, now I'm sooo scared I don't know what to do I can't afford to pay my bills let alone get an attorney to represent me through this all. I feel so stupid for avoiding this, now I'm screwed!!

I think scared is the agency trying to collect the money...scam!!! They would not send a subpoena, only a summons

they didn't send me a subpena it was a summons from sum law office they turned it over to. and i don't appreciate ur comments!! u don't know me or what i am going thru i am only posting this info on here to help people in my same situation if you don't want to take care of your situation don't but don't discredit mine!!! they most certainly are not a scam because they are taking me to court!!! i don't understand all the legal mumbo jumbo so i got a word wrong.....mind your biz and take care of your own responsibilities instead of wasting your energy on mine and running from your problems!!!

I agree with you Scared, I got a call from these same people, ignored it and guess what I ignored the summons as well and they garnished my wages. So for all of you out there, make sure you check into what they are sueing you for. Mine was for a charged off account from 3 years ago. Well, I should have taken care of it on my own because now there are attorneys costs and court costs. DONT Ignore them.

I got a call from a Megan Lundy from this number sad she was a legal mediator for Johnson and Freedman I immediately called the firm she does not work for them they said called a second time they at Johnson and freedman confirmed this woman don't work there I have not received a summons or anything like that anyways and just in case I got lawyer representation I think its a well organised scam coming from payday online company that I do owe some money Can anybody confirm rhw name of the caller as Megan Lindy/Lindsey?

those people are lowly scammers for Bronson and Migliaccio llp which is one of those debt collector that eat carrion they buy your personal info from another original creditor and try to scam or scare you into paying you seeem to be part of that elite cause that particular phone number does not belong to Johnson and Freedman I should know I worked for them

You probably work for one of those deadbeats in the collection industry always prayin on people misery and eating the remains of debts already expired Johnson and Freedman does not do collections idiot they only manage foreclosures why are you conccting this history about going to court is beyond my rationality so speak up and tell us you are just another debt collector/scammmer

We're investigating this bogus debt collector for potential suit. They won't serve you with a summons. They won't subpoena you. All they'll do is violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and pretend they're someone else.

Wow this woman is a real piece of work.  The voice mail she left contained soooo many violations.  I also called the 'real' Johnson Freedman firm...they have no employee named Megan Lundy.  I have a feeling she is working for those scumbags, VCS, in New York.  Hopefully someone like Bud Hibbs is looking into this.

Have you tried to Google her contact info phone numbers address up it all comes fake I hope she gets nailed by authorities pretty soon I filed a police report and other tasty things on her Can you tell me what VCS stand for?

Vision Credit Solutions....has some young guy named Jamie running it.  They threaten, harass and lie to the people they call.  I think they we all need to file complaints with the FTC and the NY attorney general.  VCS should be threatened like they threaten consumers.

These people have been calling me for months! I had taken a payday loan last year and made some payments thinking that I had paid the principal, well the interest sky-rocheted and they attempted to say that I owe about 3 times what I initially borrowed; this Megan Lundy is rude, and extremely slic. I have continuosly asked for something in writing and they repeatedly decline, she has called my mom telling her that I committed check fraud and that I will be taken to court, and now I have this guy calling me saying that his name is Dave Larson with some mumbo jumbo that I have to send a cease and desist in order to avoid getting served!??! He may not know the meaning of cease and decist but I definitely do! Anyway they have unlawful collection tactics and I have reported them to the FCC and to the BBB as well as my local precinct for harrassment! I have kept all voicemails and emails and was told that it is illegal for them to threatened a consumers and that they are being investigated! I have continuosly told them to stop calling me and they continue; the more they call the better the case will look against them!!
