I received the same text at 5:42 PM est today and it stated, Hi Cassandr, Thx 4 visiting our site Call 877-469-7415 to Claim Your Free $200 Walmart Gift Voucher! GiftCode: 241828911 Txt STOP2043 2Unsub  

I contacted my cell phone company and they were kind enough to call the number and it immediately asked for your zip code and then the call was disconnected. By all means do not reply to this message.

I got the same call from this number stated the same thing about wal-mart gift.I just had got off the internet, i was on the publish clearing house web-site, suppose to be.They tried to get my credit card info.I hung up the phone.

TXT with this number saying please call to claim your $200 walmart gift card.

Got text  that started out with Hi Gary, first of all, my name's not Gary!  Same as above with the $200. WalMart card and just as I thought, it's some telemarketer or scam artist coming out of thei hole trying to rip somebody off!

I responded to the text and they sounded really iffy. I didn't like it at all but they kept telling me that it was okay and that the only thing that they would do is charge me for shipping and handling. I ended up telling them to just cancel it all. I hope they don't hack my account!

I got the same message this morning. To tell you the truth I was going to call. Good thing I came to my computer and checked the number out, it looks like a scam, otherwise what and why would they charge you for shipping and handling??That's senseless, and again when it sounds too good to be true is a scam. They just probably want your credit card number to empty your funds. Do not fall for it.

I got the same message yesterday. I decided to wait and check it out first. Thanks for the heads up; I will not be calling.

We just got this text also....began "HI CHERRI!".  No Cherri here. :P   All the same text about the Walmart voucher, but different gift code.  Certainly will not respond.  Beware the tricky spammers, if this message also finds your phone!

Received a text saying I had visited their web site and had won a FREE $200 Walmart Gift Voucher! When I called, the person struggling to speak English had me phone number and home address...Scarry!  When he asked for the credit card expiration date to charge the $9 shipping and handling fee, I told him I did not have it with me at the time and he immediately hung up.  The text did have a number to text to stop texts...STOP2022

I called this number after reading about it on whas11.com and spoke with a woman... and advised her she would sleep better at night if they quit scamming people and get a real job.  LMAO.... LOSERS!!!!

Same, I got this message to same guy. Could not speak good English. Asked to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager. I told good scam and hung up.

Just got this now.  They called a few days ago and I spoke with some [***] who could barely speak English.  I played with him for awhile, knowing that this was bull.  They want to get your SSN and a credit card #.  When I refused, he told me it was OK and his manager would call me back.  They tried calling several times, but I never answered.

I just got this same text today. My number should be on the do-not-call registry. Is there a way I can report them?

the sent me the txt and some forign guy answered wen i called so i ignored and hung up then i just got another msg. scam and a half for sure

Called, paid the shipping, use the home security and got the gift card. Put a block on my card so it cannot be charged without my authorization. It is legit, and they do send you the gift voucher.

So do you know why they send you a gift card, and I'm gonna get a walmart visa and use all but the shipping and handling fee. Then when visa ships me a card I'll call them and have what you did to your card too.

Can you tell me how to do that?

Yeah Rush it's like FREE MONEY you pay a few bucks and you get like hundreds of bucks back. What makes you think it's a SCAM LOL
