Yep...I got one today and they just hung up.

Yesterday morning at about 8:45AM (Pacific) I got about 3 seconds of background noise, followed by someone saying "record your outgoing message after the beep."  Then they hung up.

Sounded like someone on a cell phone, but wasn't by any means professional voice talent.

I keep getting calls from them even after i have requested them to stop.

I would love to get the owners personal home number and call him so he can see what his company keeps doing to me.

Got a phone message on my cell.  A lot of background noise, maybe a speaker playing music, and someone yelling "Need some money! Get on it!"  Eventually, a voice came on and said, "Hello." then dropped off.
