Guy named Mick (ext. 207) left a VM asking for a call back.  Didn't say what it was regarding.

I got the same call. Any ideas what it is about?

Got the same call, N/Mick from GSS wanting a call back.  A quick google shows GSS as the "General Social Survey".

He left a message on my work v-mail.  I think he said "Nick", not "Mick".  The number that showed up on my phone was 732-280-6886. A reverse search of 1-877-477-7862 indicates it is Garden State Securities, and the GSS webpage has the 732 number listed.  He did not leave a message.

I just got a call from this number too, from "Nick".  Same callback number (x207) and same origin number.

Same here, "Nick" left a message sounding as if he was an old buddy "from GSS".  Sales I reckon.  Annoying I know.  Caller ID = Garden State Sec 732-280-6886, callback he left on the voicemail = 1-877-477-7862.

I received a call from 'Nick' as well. He called me at work, which means he needed to dial my extension. The extension is listed on our website. GSS? I got the same search results as previous posters.

I got the same call...from Nick at GSS.  I'm not sure what it is regarding.  Apparently, no one here knows what it is or if it is worth my time.

I got the same call left on my message at my university office.  Sounds like a scam.

its FINRA approved, dont make false accusations

Also got a phone message from Nick at garden state securities on my work phone: calling me by my first name and sounding as if we knew each other, but not specifying what the call was about.  It may not be a scam, but it certainly is annoying.
Thanks to this site I now know not to bother returning the telemarketing call.

"Nick" is out calling again, acting like he has some business relationship to talk about.  Hidden phone number to reflect a  hidden agenda. If "toobad you don't know" has them as a broker then you should ask them to publically comment on the "Nick" cold calling.

Nick called me today too.  Blocked number and he said I should call him back right away.  These stock brokers are real scum bags!!!

Got a call from this number as well, but it was Vince Lipenski (sp?).  I am a salesman and don't return this type of calls if they don't have the respect of my time to leave their company name.

Got same kind of message as everyone else. It's my work phone so i looked it up cause I have business in NJ too.

Got the same call and I'm also on a Do Not Call list & have been for ages. These guys are pathetic leaving messages without indicating their company name or even what the call was in reference to.

Same.  Hey, please give me a call at this number and extension.  Nick Tomaselli, it sounded like.  No company name.

Garden State Securities regulatory history can be found at www.finra.org using the brokercheck search.  Individual brokers can be looked up as well.  Anyone using the services of a broker dealer should make sure that they know the history of the firm that they are dealing with.
