been getting repeated phone calls from this number at my work, they even called my boss. i try to reach them and there is no response. looking like someone is trying to scam me and Harrison. caller gives a name of Carl, if you hear from him, tell him Brian says to kiss my white bootie.

This number called my Alisha bell. Said she would locate me and serve me with papers if I didn't return her call. Not sure what this is about but we will see.

This is a number I was given by a guy who called my place of employment.  He asked for Human Resources.  I asked if I could help him and told him my name.  He gave me some line about a court case# that I needed to call this 877number to Capital  Harris Miller & Associates to have them send him a release  or else he was coming to my work to serve me papers.  I told him to come on down.  He asked to be connected to human resources.  I told him that since it was a personal affair with me, that he had not need to speak with HR.  He started to argue and I again said he had no need to speak with them.  He them hung up on me before I finished saying to bring the papers to my job.  Don't know what kind of garbage this is but WOW they have nerve.

That's the same place they told my boss they are from. I tried to search capital place and couldn't find anything. They really hare at work saying they are going to come serve me papers and they are during me

These ppl keep call my friend about me. When she have me the number to call a gentleman told me my name was not in the system. Then later that night they her a,message after 9pm isn't there a law for that anyway o have been calling them all day no answer. Now they saying I should reach them before they reach me. I have no idea wats going on

These ppl called me my boss and my 81 year old grandma getting her all worked up. Saying they will serve me at my job if I don't call them by 3pm tomorrow. I called them back no answer left them a voicemail to not call my job anymore and they know where I live so come serve me and I will be waiting. Stupid ppl so we will see what happens tomorrow.

These people keep calling me on my job talking about a case # and charges being filed against me. I called them back and told them to serve me, and to stop calling my job.

I received a call from a blocked number telling me to call 877-491-5078, they have harassed my work me and my family, but I called to see what the REAL deal was and was ready to be sassy, but the gentleman who took my call was beyond polite...SUPER SHOCKED!!  He said that they do not make any outbound calls its ANOTHER 3rd party call center!!!  I explained to him I knew my right as a consumer and I will take responsibility for anything that is not in writing.  He was very polite and said I understand let the caller know who called you first and tell them that and they will stop calling.  I didn't know what to do.  I think he was the ONLY compassionate person and sorta sly-ly telling me it's a scam.  Thank you James!!!

Scam, Can somebody send all the information from this site to the FBI please ?

Somehow my daughter received a call on her cell from Robin Lee claiming that a claim had beenn filed against me and that the file is in her office.  She tried to find out where I am and my daughter would not giver her any info so her stupid ass left this phone number: 877-491-5078 which according to the internet is maybe registered to Capital Harris Miller whoever the hell they are because they are either nowhere to be found or are under the fraud watchdog whatever.  Anyway, there is something wrong because I never give out my daughter's number for aything,not even an emergency.  Also, according to the watchdog page this weird company is in the United Kingdom (????).  I called this number, got a voicemail and left this [***] a scathing message.  Lets see what happens tomorrow -- 4/30/2012 -- I will update this site tomorrow.

I just got a call from Joseph Clark that said I was going to jail and I have to warrants out for my arrest.  They have called my boss and my employees harrassing me.  I told them I have a lawyer, which I do and they stated they have attorneys as well and mine can't help me.  They said I have 15 mins to respond and pay or they would show up at my work telling my boss that I have done fraudlent activity.  I am still waiting.

These people are violating the Fair Credit Practice Act.  They are threatening.  They do not know the laws.  Report them to the secret service.  No one can be put in jail for a consumer debt. Shawn just left a message on my voice mail telling me I have one chance to take care of this situation from a blocked number.

i have been getting calls from this number for about 3 weeks at my work. i have told them to quit calling
my job and harrasing my co workers and telling them if i dont  call this #8774915078 back in an hour they will come to my job and serve me papers. they have gone as far as to tell a couple of my co-workers that i will be charge for check fraud. The nerve they have to tell my business to my co-workers .They are not only violating the Fair Credit Practice Act also violating my privacy. What can i do ?

Received one phone call yesterday. They left the phone number and a case number on my voicemail trying to contact the supervisor of my employee. I sent the numbers to my employee by text. Today, I received a phone call from OUT OF AREA. Recognized the voice from the voicemail. Politely informed him he is violating Federal Laws calling a military installation, informed him not to call my number again, then hung up. He called 3 more times (Harassment). My assistant answered the 3rd time. Wrote down the phone number and case number again. Tomorrow, I will inform him my employee quit and give him his new phone number (JAG Office) and inform him to get as rough as he wants with whoever answers the phone.

We received a similar call today about an employee. My advice, ask for something in writing before you deal with these people. I'm guessing the gentlemen above that says he was sued may very well be one of them just trying to make it seem possible that it's legitimate!! LOVED Tim's response!! How sorry a person do you have to be to make your living trying to intimidate people to give you money they don't actually owe! Pitiful
BTW: Call was from Pat Ryan with United Litagations supposably with a claim from Capital Harris Miller & Associates 877-491-5078 They wanted to know his location and wanted us to give him this number. I'm sure he would have asked for more information if I hadn't started asking him more questions. They said they needed to serve him with paper work.

Its Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, not Fair Credit Practice Act, there is no such thing as that. And this is all a scam. Do not fall for it.

Called my office numerous times. Will not stop calling, telling my staff that im being served with court papers but will not give me any info about his company.

I have also been contacted by them and to be frank they scared the crap out of me. They told me they were going to sue me for fraud if i did not pay them back. I called and I don't have a job right now or any assets and yet they put me on some payment plan now im regretting it cuz idk anything about this company. They called me today with a reminder of my payment but I think Im going to ask them to send me my debt information through the mail. The women who called me first said she was going to serve me with papers in 30 minutes that she was around the place i live. I would like to know how legit this is and if anyone has any advice i would appreciate that as well.

I too received a Phone call from them! I did actually take the loan out there talking about but I haven't paid it back. What should I do? I mean I did take the loan out! They have all my information how fraudulent could they be. Right?
