Call and left no messages, then they charged a 4 mins long distance call on my phone bill, need to call my phone company to cancel the charge

This company calls and then they bill your telephone service for their services I have not used. Beware, check your residential telephone bill and report them.

Saw a charge from them on my business phone bill for 7.38 to a number in Edinger Texas (956-287-9778)

We never made this call...and they are rude and disrepectful on the phone

Was charged 20 dollars for a call that we did not make 772-460-8012 when calling the service 877-491-5506 no one answer. Called a recording in Spanish - after trying again all I got was a fax number -

I have a 3-minute collect call from Phoenix that no one at my house accepted.  $7.38 for 3 minutes plus the taxes!  This number showed up on the bill as customer service for "OSP Communications LLC" and the billing is from "The Billing Resource".

On June 3rd 2008 a call was received on my answering machine.  No message, just hung up.

Then I was billed $7.38 as a collect call.

These OSP People are scammers!!!

Same thing here. I'm on hold right now to talk to my local carrier ATT, to  report the fraud.
$8.55 for 4 min when I was not even home. Nice try OSP communications !!

Same Issue with OSP Communication. Called ATT and complained and the first person I spoke with really didn't care. She said that by law if they received a bill from a company they have to pass it on to the customer. she was very rude and didn't want to help me so i asked her to cancel the account and she transfered me to a manager that adjusted my bill and placed a block on my line to prevent any further charges from a third party company. hope this will help other OSP victims

i was online looking at my bill and there was a charge for $20.20 for a collect call from  Visalina, CA I don't know anyone from there. I called at&t and the first rep i talked to was not helpful at all. I tried calling the numbers listed when i googled the name OSP COMMUNICATIONS LLC. and i was on hold forever. So i called at&t back so i could report for fraud.

I was charged 7.38 for a 3 min collected call  from Tucson Arizona (520)622-9004. I don't use my home for anything but internet.

Just noticed a call on my mother's phone bill from these idiots for $7.38 from Phoenix, AZ.  My mother knows no one from AZ.  Glad people are posting this, or I may never have figured it out.

In my phone bill, I got a collect call supposedly accepted from OSP Communications, LLC from SNJS, CA (which I am guessing is San Jose?)with a contact number 1-877-491-5506.  We do not know anyone and we had not accepted any collect calls, and I know for sure since I am the only that uses the phone. They charged me for a 9 minutes call for a whooping $14.37.  I called AT&T and she gave me the I cannot help you since it is not one of our charges, you need to contact them.  I asked her to re-cost the charge, she did.  But she said, that they could still charge me directly.  If I get a bill from them. I would contact whomever I need to report the fraud.  I also asked her to block this number from  now on.

I hate these folks - and 'folks' is the nice F word for them.   They just billed me for a collect call from my landline on a day when I was out of town.  Grrr.

I also received charges from OSP Communications, LLC. Mine was for $17.80 for 10 minutes and came from Laredo Texas. I don't know anyone who lives there and never accepted billing.  I called ATT and they put in a dispute, waived the late charges and blocked at third party carries but they did not remove the charges from my bill. I called OSP to dispute-they said a refund would take 30 days so I still have to wait a few months to get this resolved. They said the charges were accidental-yeah right. Its a huge scam and the guy running it is getting rich b/c we don't all check our bills. Lesson: check your phone bills and we have to bust this scam up.

They charged me for a 3 minutes call for $7.87.  I called AT&T and she says you need to contact them and get the "credit" from them.  I asked her to re-cost the charge, she did.  But she said, that OSP could still charge my bill directly.  If I get a bill from them. I would contact whomever I need to report the fraud.  I also asked her to block this number from  now on

They are billing me for a 14min call to NY. I do not know anyone in NY. When i called the two #s provided (1-888-296-8079  & 1-800-288-2020)i was directed to OSP Communications everytime.
When a girl named Anel got on the line she verified the charge. Asked me a few questions about who may have accepted the collect call. When she finally got it that NO ONE accepted a collect call she said they would issue a credit in the next billing cycle to AT&T(my carrier). I asked for a confirmation number and her name incase this doesnt happen.
This HAS to be a scam if im not the only one being wrongfully charged for a collect call i never got.
