Dude left a message with a fake voice -- I think he was trying for Jewish -- claiming to be Emanual Herkowski with important information. The message began before the voice mail began recording it, which I assume is on purpose.

Clearly, anyone doing a fake voice is a scam.

This is from a debt collector. They try to scare you to make you call them back. They also use the number 1-8771559-9862

Impeial Claims- very rude lady. I asked to send me paper work before I talked to her. She claimed that the courts only made them mail 1 letter and it is not she doesn't care if I got the letter. I claimed then why should I talk to her? Got ruder and I finally hung up.

I just got a call from this number and they left a message message... Just like MANY of the posts here, he was trying to disguise his voice, and called himself Emanuel Herskowski...

Told me that I had till 4pm Central Standard time to return his call...

I got a call from Emanual Herkowski, also message began before the voice mail began recording, sounded like he was holding his nose...lol, or a character from Adam Sandler...haha

Same guy called relatives home looking for me.  I called back after looking at this site and asked for Emanual.  It is a collection agency threatening litagation and court fees, garnisment and repossesion of valued items.
Would not say what company after asking receptionist, who was male, as well as the solicitor I spoke with.

I got a call from this company, Imperial Recovery, and the guy told me WHO I was and who was paying my phone bill!  I took his number down and called him back.  He was very rude and I explained to him that I was an attorney and that I worked with consumer affairs and would be ALL over this company if he EVER called me back again.  I think these people are big scammers who try to do what they can to itimidate people.  Idiots.

For the love of God can't someone do something about these ppl. Every so often they change numbers they are calling from with a different voice, but it's always the same script.

I will report this to the FCC as I do all the other ones, but the scammers will continue to call - just from a different number.

I thought any REAL collector had to identify themselves (even if on voice mail) and give that little "This is an attempt to collect a debt" tag.  I will regard any message from this number as completely bogus.

Ignorant female (far from a lady) named Marquita called my parents home for the WRONG PERSON! She chewed in my ear and used broken, unprofessional, ignorant english.  When I asked her if she was representing a company she said "yeah" and continued chewing in my ear and then began yelling.  I ended the yelling match by disconnecting the call.  I called back to report her and the representative taking the complaint transfered me to her, without letting me know what he was doing.  She screamed "are you really calling me back?" I hung up again.  She called ME back and yelled "BUM!" and hung up the phone.  
I called the company to report it again and a man said they called for the wrong person and will remove number.  When I demanded to speak with a manager he yelled for me to do what I need to do and hung the phone up.

This company has called me numberous times. I delete the voicemail immediately & have never returned their numerous voicemails they seem to change the number every other week along with their fake contact.  Same person with different accents. I think I had one very fake British sounding girl once. These people are the creame of the gutter.

They said the same thing to me...very rude, said they would not mail me anything that they already have and are only required by law to do so one time!  I have nothing form them but they told me I owe them $3000!!! Yeah right good luck ever seeing any of that money!

I got a call from Mr. Nose Pincher this afternoon, same script.  Haha, he gave me until 4:30 CST to call him back!  Either I rate better or they think that I owe them more $$$$.

I called them back and they said that they wanted to talk with the attorney of a guy that worked with me 25 years ago (we shared a phone line back then.)

Yep, same company and they keep changing their phone numbers.  Again, I urge EVERYONE to check your own credit reports before being intimidated by these scam artists.  If you have nothing to worry about on your credit report, don't answer this call!!!

got a call from Mr. Hairlip today. his English sucks so bad that he can barely speak the false name he uses. He put on a recording before the answering machine was done with outgoing message. I spoke and tried to get someone to talk but the recording was all I got to hear. which brings me to the message I have for him.
